Samsung 85" TV
Difficult to understand people whose Englis lacking. We were passed from one customer service representative to another with each telling us something different and some it was obvious that they did not want to do their job. Other than that we finally got a replacement TV after a month. Should not have taken that long. We did everything that was ask more than once and supplying pictures more than once. Ridiculous! We have 10 Samsung TVs. Would've expected better and speeder service for a TV that was less than a year old. We Understand that model TV has had same issues that we did. Should've been a recall. It cost us almost $1000 to have it replaced. We're not with the service.

Disappointed
I'm not sure if the guarantee is up to date in my Crystal UHD TV. but the remote doesn't work any more and is really hard to get a replacement not even in the Samsung company I'm really upset with this situation

I love my 65" TV. Picture is nice and clear and the sound is great. Had a problem with the remote, some buttons not working. Contacted Tech Support, told them the problem and tried a few things to ensure it was the remote. They ordered a new remote and a few days later the new one arrived. Have not had any problems since then. I use mostly cable on HDMI but use Amazon Firestick occasionally.

Great Value
The setup was quick. It's easy to use and works well with my other Samsung products. Overall has great features and provides a quality experience at a fair price compared to other options.

The picture is very bad for the price point
Should of went with TCL. My Samsung tv has dark spots in the picture. Tried to file warranty but it was rejected. Samsung tv quality has definitely went downhill.

Streaming very difficult
The picture is great - BUT it does not connect easily to different apps - particularly streaming or casting. We had to purchase several add on devices to make streaming and casting work...but they have difficulty, are not seamless. Our previous Roku Television was much easier to use. I don't want to have to click through 5 times to watch the same channel every night. This television is made for techies - not the regular consumer. Attempts to reach Samsung fo rhelp were fruitless

Great picture quality!
The 4k picture is crystal clear, with the motion blur makes for a great movie experience. The dark areas are actually dark with vivid colors. Love the purchase!

Operating system and connecttvity not so good
I am not a fan of the operating system. I have problems with it . seems as though it is bery sluggish. Wish that when I turned it off, whatever it was on would come right back on again. Sometimes it can be very frustrating to tune to a source

The remote is the worst part :(
I find the remote the most annoying part! drives me nuts! Now the TV is talking to me and I can't figure out how to turn off that "feature"!

I bought the UN65DU8000FXZA model
I bought the UN65DU8000FXZA model a little over a year ago and the screen burned out on me. So that being said within 4 years I've went through 3 tvs ALL from samsung and they all crapped the bed. Would be nice for them to try and make it right but I highly doubt it.

Large screen, clear picture, apps run fast
This TV is fantastic! The screen is larger than you realize until it's installed. Pay attention to the leg foot print unless you are installing on the wall. The screen also runs hot as it is so large. The android operating system runs very quickly so switching between installed apps is fast. This is nice so you're not waiting for it to load. There are also a ton of apps and different viewing options for free tv. You won't use them all as there are so many! Three thumbs up!

Crystal clarity picture

Best in quality
I only buy Samsung televisions. The quality is unparalleled (personal option) picture quality is always fantastic, ease of use is as simple as talk to the remote, mounting and general setup are only as hard as you make them i use my TVs in normal household settings,wifi,gaming consoles,DVD player and cable boxes for the 3 that are in my house and they all have been utilized endlessly for the past 3-4 years i don't think we have turned them off since they were installed and i have not seen any issues with any of them. These are the best quality televisions you can buy for the price, I spent $600.00 USD on the 3 we have. $1,800.00 in total and could not be happier about it seeing as we bought them with our tax return and have not needed to make the same purchase again it's given us a little more in pocket for other items over the years. Keep up the good work SAMSUNG, for anyone who is a family man like myself my 2 kids have never had any complaints nor have they ever been with there TV when they wanted it. Life time Loyal consume Right here. Thank you and your team for the job well done @ SAMSUNG.

Great screen colors and audio
I mainly use it to play training videos and relaxing backgrounds while reading a book, it has amazing screen colors and the audio its fabulous.

Bright and clear!
This tv is beautiful. I wish it was a bit more customizable though. The apps are ok, the sound is fair, the web browser is alright, the network connection always says it's good but, it's not.

TV broke 8 months after purchase
Started out as being dark in the middle, then the whole TV went black. I did everything Samsung Tech Support told me to do. Took over a month to get a tech out only to be told there was a short circuit and the motherboard was fried. That was 3 weeks ago. TV still isn't fixed. Will not buy another Samsung TV ever again

Not too impressed
Like my new 32 & 55 inch, I think the remote is a pain to use. I miss having number buttons. Not very responsive to the internet, slow to switch inputs. My signal is plenty strong and my condo is small.
