The Top of the line TV
The picture quality is to notch for the size of the TV, the transitions between colors is flawless. The black is actually black, and the colors are so vivid I couldnt believe my eyes when I first powered it on and watched a 4k movies. Don't get me started on the beautiful FPS and HDR while playing my favorite PC games. All around great product

Great features
The television has multiple apps that can be used for displaying multiple applications. The picture is clear and has great resolution and connects to the Internet smoothly.

I like it
The picture and connectivity are great. Ive had no issues. The only thing I would say is that you should get a soundbar because the TV sound itself is not that great. I got a soundbar when I purchased the TV based on the reviews, and I'm glad I did.

Difficult to operate!
Picture is crisp, sound not so much. I find it difficult to turn Closed Captioning on & off, and the caption position interferes with the picture. Slow to respond to remote. I really don't like this "not-so-smart" TV very much. There's so much more to using a TV besides a good picture!

Annoying features great television
This t v would be fantastic except 41 exceptionally annoying flaw.
Whenever I turn the t v on, it automatically goes to samsung tv and usually it tunes into fox news.
The volume is set very loud, no matter what it was set before.I turned it on when it goes to the samsung television app. I have called customer service.The fixes they gave me lasted a few days and it goes right back to samsung television.
I can find no way to remove this annoying feature.And if this is on any other future television, I would not buy the samsung again. If I could afford it, I would give this away and buy another t v.
If you can put up with that annoying feature.This is a fantastic television picture is great sound is great.
But I cannot recommend it because of that feature, which is a curse to television watchers.

10/10 Would buy again !
Easy to set up and even easier to enjoy!
I have had 0 issues since installed, I have recommended this TV to Family and now most have this same or newer version.
As the title says, I would buy this again no doubt about it.

Great picture bad controls and sound
Crystal clear picture. Sound goes from quiet to loud randomly and the buttons on remote take a couple seconds to work on the tv. Its almoat like the tv needa to warm up before buttons work

Decent for the Money
Bought this TV on sale for a decent price. The picture quality is pretty bad - backlight bleed, terrible contrast, awful blacks. But for the price, it's okay considering how massive it is. The smart aspect is very slow so I just use a Google TV with it.

Like the small size.
The TV is fine but the remote is awkward to use. It would be helpful to have numbers so you could go directly to the channel rather than flicking through all the channels

Love the picture quality and was thrilled with the built in feature of keeping advertisements volume the same as I had for what I was watching. No more blaring commercials. How wonderful

TV with great picture
I wanted a mid-priced TV that looked great when watching movies and sports this TV doesn't disappoint. The speakers are great as well.

Not happy with this tv
I bought this TV as a Christmas present for my wife and in 6 months started showing a dark line , then a few more lines appeared, called to see if it had a warranty it did not, was told that, that model is notorious for that. It'd be cheaper to buy a new TV.

Picture that Pops
Upgraded from a tu7000 70" to this du8000 85" and this picture is awesome so much cleaner and clearer than the other . The color is rich and vibrant and crystal clear on console games.

Worst TV I've ever had!
This is by far the most regrettable purchase I've ever made! The remote hardly works even on a full charge. The TV changes channels by itself right in the middle of a program. It doesn't connect well with apps, especially Paramount +.The picture gets grainy after watching for several hours and a lot of times won't refresh. If I could still return it I would. Would NOT recommend this TV to anyone.

Solid budget 4k tv for everyday use
Positive:
Picture looks super sharp and colorful for the price - movies and shows look great, especially in the evenings.
Setup was super easy, and the smart TV apps (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) run smoothly.

To consider:
Brightness isn't very strong, so in a bright room the screen can look a bit dull.
Sound is okay for regular watching, but you'll want a soundbar for a better movie experience.

Samsung 85" TV
Difficult to understand people whose Englis lacking. We were passed from one customer service representative to another with each telling us something different and some it was obvious that they did not want to do their job. Other than that we finally got a replacement TV after a month. Should not have taken that long. We did everything that was ask more than once and supplying pictures more than once. Ridiculous! We have 10 Samsung TVs. Would've expected better and speeder service for a TV that was less than a year old. We Understand that model TV has had same issues that we did. Should've been a recall. It cost us almost $1000 to have it replaced. We're not with the service.

I'm not sure if the guarantee is up to date in my Crystal UHD TV. but the remote doesn't work any more and is really hard to get a replacement not even in the Samsung company I'm really upset with this situation

I love my 65" TV. Picture is nice and clear and the sound is great. Had a problem with the remote, some buttons not working. Contacted Tech Support, told them the problem and tried a few things to ensure it was the remote. They ordered a new remote and a few days later the new one arrived. Have not had any problems since then. I use mostly cable on HDMI but use Amazon Firestick occasionally.
