Good for the price.
Mainly used for streaming TV and Movies. The colors are vibrant and the blacks are deep. Some space scenes have amazing depth for cgi. Overall great TV.

CC does not work.
T.V. is good, but cannot get the cc to work. Tried everything and even called about this problem, but AI was was not helpful. If you need cc I would not suggest this T.V.

Amazing clarity

Samsung TV 65"
I use my TV for great movie nights with my husband and also to watch TV. News , TV shows, etc Everything looks awesome.
DvDs are great as well.
Only 1 downfall is how delicate the screen on the crystal UHD 's are.
Everything else is Awesome. Wish prices were so crazy for brand new TVs but everything's expensive these days.

Wish it had chromecast
I stream all my TV and the TV you can only use mirroring, it does not have the capability to use Chromecast. Therefore, it makes it a pain to transfer in any videos to watch from your phone or the internet.
But other than that, everything's perfect with the t v

Great TV for the price!
I bought the TV over a year ago when my wife was pregnant and been watching it everyday since. This TV has seen at least 9hrs a day of countless series and seasons on Netflix.
The pictures colors are crystal sharp and the built in audio is exceptionally well considering we don't have a home audio set up.
My only complaint keeping this from a 5 star rating is that when watching fast paced segments of movies there is a slight tear in pixels it's hardly noticeable to people not used to 240hz refresh rate. Overall I love this TV as a great middle ground tv.

This tv has great features and a great picture!!!!
I use my tv for working streaming also online video gaming and family nights i would like for a better remote control as this one seems a little unstable and react fast enough and not to durable.

Better picture quality than my Phillips TV
My 65" Samsung replaced a 55" Philips in our family room. While the picture quality is not that of the Samsung QLED or the Samsung OLED TV's, it is much superior to that of the Philips QLED that it replaced. For the amount of money that I was looking to spend there simply was not a better option.
In fact, I could not find a superior TV brand in any of the price ranges. In my humble opinion, if you want the best quality picture available, buy the Samsung OLED TV. If like me, your wallet is a little thin, then buy the best SAMSUNG that you can afford. It's more than a great TV. It's a great investment.

It is clear, love the speakers and easy to navigat

Awesome Samsung, awesome TV
This 65 TV has been in our living room where the lighting conditions are bright. Even then the display is super crisp and bright. The black balance is superb and there are no dull areas in the display. Sound is decent but if paired with a sound bar that supports dolby audio then the experience is immersive. A definitely high quality TV from Samsung.

Very reliable and easy to navigate.
The home screen is extremely user friendly. The fact that it belonged customized by the owner is a huge plus. The smart things app is also a great feature that allows the owner to control the tv without the remote. The dual connectivity with Bluetooth devices really comes in handy for couples wanting to watch a movie without disturbing anyone else in the house.
So many great features it's hard not to love it!!!!

Amazing simply amazing
First thing I did was hiok up my cable and game system. The picture was so real looking my cat jumped at a bird on the TV. Missed the TV tho. Then hooked up surround sound and oh boy. My games sound and graphics are so awesome and clear.

Very smart TV
My TV is amazing I use it for video watching for watching movies I also use it to listen to music and I also use the gaming system that comes with some of my applications and it looks good on my TV. Overall that's my One stop shop my TV I watch everything on it.
I use a lot of the features such as connecting to my mobile phone and watching what I'm on my phone for on my TV makes life so much easier and better and faster.
Overall I'm very satisfied with this TV is truly smart and has a ton of features it looks great it sounds great this is one TV that I would buy over and over again.
I definitely recommend this TV and Samsung products in general the ecosystem is amazing.

It's ok but could be better
The size is exactly what I needed. The picture is nice, however there appears to be a limitation on the volumn and depending on what I am watching it can be hard to hear the shows. Really didn't expect to need a sound system to watch tv. Also not fond of the home menu. Compared to the previous QLED I had, the menu/remote seems clunky and can be frustrating to find what you are hunting for without having to go back to home multiple times.

Overall quite satisfied. Dark scenes have very low contrast, expect that from this type of TV
The only real complaint is Samsung TV Plus. This app autostarts with a random channel. It is impossible to control or to remove. The only way I can live with it is to turn on parental controls and block everything. The TV still autostarts with Samsung TV plus, but is unable to play anything. Samsung, please give customers control over this app!

I use my Samsung to view a variety of entertainment programs, from Steaming Hulu, Netflix, Pluto to antenna HDTV programs like my local news broadcast. I do not pay for cable tv only wireless internet.
My Samsung Crystal UHD has a spectacular, colorful picture which allows me to view sports programs suck as Golf and Bull Riding. The Crystal UHD puts you right there as a spectator of the event..perfect!
After extensive research I found that for the price one would pay for a SONY or SHARP I would save 30-40% by purchasing my Samsung.
All and All I am very pleased with my Samsung.

Good Value
Perfect value for what I needed (inexpensive TV for patio). Last patio TV ($2100) stopped working due to being outside. Decided to buy a mid-stream TV, knowing it would last 5-7 years on the covered patio. Humidity, dirt fibbers, etc ends up getting to the electronics. This TV over delivers for the price.
