By reducing or eliminating the need for physical smoke, you can maintain a more comfortable and controlled photo or film set.The Tiffen 6.6 x 6.6" Smoque 1/4 Filter features a grade of 1/4, with other grades such as 1/8, 1/2, 1, 2, 3, and 4 also available. Each increase in grade number approximately doubles the filter type's effect, giving you a wide range of options to achieve the desired smoke effect.Constructed from optical glass for superior clarity and color fidelity, this filter is compatible with filter holders that can accommodate 4mm-thick, 4 x 5.65" rectangular filters. It is manufactured using Tiffen's proprietary ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between two pieces of optical glass and grinding it flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. This ensures the highest level of precision and performance for your photography and cinematography needs.
