Worked great for me

Bought this filter to take on a trip to Reykjavik. Wanted to take some city landscapes with a "cold" feeling to the photo. This worked great and I got a lot of compliments on the photos.

Poor quality /defects

Two of them with scratches/defects. Something ain't right. Got a comparable Hoya. It's great, no defects, very clean.
