Warm color cast. Horrible customer service

The filter adds a warm color cast to the image. Far inferior compared to NDs like True ND. But what is really bad is Tiffen's customer service. They do not care about their customer at all. Warm color cast. Horrible customer service

Definitely has a color cast. Horrible customer service

The filter definitely adds a warm color cast to the image. Compared to ND filters like True ND, it is far inferior. But that is okay. I didn’t expect it to perform that well. What is bad is Tiffen’s customer support. Horrible. They just don’t care.

Great but not good packaging

The filter works great, but I was a little dissapointed that the packaging is only a small fabric pouch that doesn't really protect the filter well. I prefer the hard plastic that provides some reasonable protection.

Great ND at a reasonable price

My camera has no IR cut filter, so to have a ND filter that does not add any kind of color pollution into the image is very important to me. This filter does just that - cuts the light and keeps the colors exactly as they should be. Build quality is great and performance is even better. Highly Recommended!
