Awesome build quality (minor manufacturer defect however)

I've had the CP-26 for a few weeks and took it on one photography workshop in Ontario. I paired the tripod with the CB-38 FTR ballhead and love the combination. Super solid and it easily supports my Nikon D750 with either a 300F4 or 70-200F2.8 lens. Packs up compact and is pretty light, even with the stronger CB-38. My only complaint is the center column ball head mounting plate cap with the female threads is loose. This appears to be a manufacturer defect as the cap with the threads is glued to the center column and that glue has broke loose. I'm working with Adorama to resolve. I don't plan to use the center column much, if at all, so it doesn't impact me much. Though I do want it resolved given the price point and my expectations of the tripod.

The FLM CP26-Travel Centerpod Carbon Tripod is lightweight and compact, with a high load-to-weight ratio - one of the strongest, most stable travel tripods in its class. A unique feature is the Anti-Shock Lock System. Tube diameter is 26mm in a 5-section leg arrangement. Ten-layer carbon fiber tube ensures maximum stability and support. Removable/reversible center column, and 180 degree leg rotation are standard. FLM uses a cork/rubber hybrid for their plates, heads and tripods.
