I odrered this product Feb. 7th 2012 and delivered Feb. 13 Saturday. It is made in Spain. Very simple sturcture with cell phone holding part, strap with tri pod connection unit. Made with metal base and looking strong plastic cell phone holding part. Holding mechanism have "v" shaped 1/8" thick rubbers are holding and protecting smart phones.
