Great idea poor implementation.

I have had mine for about 6 months. The joystick adjustment will not hold, it slowly drops unless you physically hold it. The course adjustment needs 2 pillars not just 1.

Bad I.

Light weight plastic, but it works.

A little light but I have seen ware others have screwed the unit down on plywood for stability and made it better.

Slip

I bought couple years back and use it for my regular firearms but have to put something between rest and stand because will not hold.

OK REST

After one year of use I have found a few things that I could like better. A coarse adjustment for windage would be useful. After only a few matches the control arm lost tension and rotates freely. This is separate from the travel tension which is adjusted by the 4 screws in front. I got around this by fabricating a straight control arm which I prefer anyway. The coarse elevation lock knob is totally inadequate. 2 or 3 times in every match it comes loose and the rest just falls to the bottom. I've not attempted any fixes for this as I fear breaking something and making the rest totally useless. This part of the system may well require a re-design. Overall I find it an adequate rest and a decent value. Just hope the vertical doesn't let go as you're squeezing the trigger.

Light and Functional, works OK

A pretty good rest, just a bit on the flimsy side.

No Problems

The shooting rest is easily assembled. The feet grip my Caldwell table well. It is easily adjusted to meet different firearms.

fire control

Hello, I bought the fire control and tried to use it today. Impossible to use the game of the support prevents the blocking of the rifle you can only use it to put against the base provided you remove the rubber from the joystick, I regret my purchase, a user from France. thank you Google Translate.

Very handy on a tight budget

This little rest has served me well for 4+ years. It's surprisingly easy to carry inside a backpack since it can be completely disassembled. I highly recommend it if you are on a tight budget.

I bought one for myself and my wife

Buying them was a mistake. They are unstable. The product is poorly designed.

TOO MUCH PLAY IN AIMING ROD

I bought mine about a year thinking I had a shooting rest for competition but the play (slop in the mechanism is terrible and I can't stay on target. Don't know if this is just mine or if they are all this way. Would not buy again!!

Big fan

I’ve used this rest for sight in, prairie dog hunting, and long range steel shooting for the past 5 years with no issues. As one other reviewer mentioned, if used hard and frequently, it may wear out more quickly. It’s a good value for the money.

Incompetently engineered. Fails quickly.

Four hardened spring screws bear with high force against a soft aluminum surface. The aluminum is deformed quickly, making the rest unusable. The fix is simple: I milled a .0625 deep slot in the failure area, and inlaid a fitted piece of tool steel for the tension spring plungers to bear against. Problem solved. The bag holder and bag on top is a cheap P.O.S. I discarded the Caldwell bag holder and replaced it with a nice Sinclair bag holder and a Bald eagle 3" bench rest bag. No more problens
