Even during the pandemic, my shipment arrived on time and the custom, Adorama packaging was a nice touch. The sale price was great too. With a simple installation process, custom user experience for all skill levels, and great range of features, this is an excellent alternative to Adobe CC that doesn't disappoint.

Great Value for users of all levels

Purchasing service through Adorama was excellent, but the Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 was a terrible experience. No instructions on how to get started. l I use light room and photoshop daily, and user friendly, but video editing on Premiere Elements 2020 was way beyond confusing and not user friendly. I was surprised Adobe would put out such a product that way beyond user friendly.

I cancelled this order when I found out that the download link you get isn't available until you get the physical shipment.  I purchased this product from another vendor who sent the download link in a matter of minutes after having placed my order
