Ive gone through 3 TN 730 cartridges for 750 sheets of paper. Terrible value!

Both TN 730 and TN 760 don't yield the expected number of pages printed. they probably give you 50% of what Brother claims. I always print with toner saving features and in Draft format or 300dpi. it is a good product but do not expect those many pages.

We have been using the same Brother printer for several years and have no issues with the machine's performance. We normally use the TN-760 cartridges. This time we ordered a TN730. It has been installed for 9 days and is already giving a low toner indication. We understand that how much toner is used per page determines how many pages it will print, but this is unacceptable for the amount of money charged. There's not near enough toner in the cartridge to justify the cost.

Toner works well but packing slip that is in the box is no longer accepted by the post office. Had to go to Best Buy to recycle the cartridge.

The toner cartridge works well, but I am lowering the rating because Brother no longer offers mail-back recycling of the used cartridges. I hate to put these into the trash. Please reinstate the recycling program. Another issue I have is that it is very difficult to contact Brother with a question about my Brother printer. I found it impossible to reach a real person to talk to at Brother.

Bought a new printer and when toner went low after a mild printing about 2 months, brother said order new one online and said it was the match. Got it and it did not fit

Very convenient toner delivery, although the installation instructions could be made clearer. I dislike diagrams in lieu of written English instructions.

The amount of pages it says it will print is not accurate. But I guess serious overestimates of page rates is par for the course with computer ink sales. Hard not to feel ripped off though.

I bought this machine - Brand new and dont think even 300 pages were printed . I'm getting Toner low message. No where near as advertised. I used my inkjet and it lasted almost a year with similar work. This is exactly the same as all other users have complained. I cant believe this is happenning in 2024 . These people should be sued - as a class action !

I use this Brother HL-L2370DW printer regularly, and prints are consistently very good quality. The print cartridge and printer are a very good value for the price.

Blew through the cartridge that came with the printer AND the extra one I purchased after a CUMULATIVE 600 pages. I had it on 600dpi. The box says 1200 pages per cartridge. Not even close. These were just EOBs for work - nothing too intricate. What an absolute punch to the gut. Other reviews seem to state the same. Tried to talk to someone about it though Brother chat - CLOSED at 1pm on a Friday (EST). Tried to call, was told about 9 minute wait - I hung up after 10 minutes because I am trying to get work done and I don't have the time (OR MONEY) for this.

I purchased the drum unit 730 from the Brother website where it said prints up to 12,000 pages, I think this is incorrect . The TN 730 prints up to 1,200 pages. I think they have incorrect information on th site. I think they need to review their website.

This toner worked for a while. Then we got a printer jam. I removed the cartridge while fixing the jam. When I put it back in, the printer stopped working saying that the cartridge isn't a legitimate Brother toner cartridge. I bought it new and it is in fact from Brother. It's just really frustrating.

Brother software running on my computer incorrectly led to 730 toner, when I actually needed 850. I had opened the package before realizing it wouldn't fit. Brother gave me a lot of pushback about returning it for credit, but finally relented. Reason for replacing Brother cartridge prematurely was that it was leaking messy black powder onto printing. Third-party cartridge was much less expensive, less than half the cost, and is working great.

I am giving this product 2 stars for being overpriced. I was purchasing knock-off products for half the price and they would last 1.5 month before it was low on toner. I decided to try the brand to compare quality. I did notice the font being better and more clear. However the toner and drum would last 1-2 weeks ONLY before asking to be replaced and then stoppping to print. I will stick with the knock-off. Please do better BROTHER!

The reason I chose a laser printer this time is that I don't print very often. It works very well and it works when I need it. I had only used inkjet printers before and it was so frustrating to not be able to print because the ink dried out or something was clogged. I tried different brands but they all did that. I'm happy now.
