This monitor has worked well with multiple MacBook Pro models. It's not as bright as the Mac but good enough. I've had two monitors fail but replaced under the 3 year warranty. Double wide is great because you can run two full sized apps side by side and it's a game changer with video editing apps like Final Cut Pro.

I got this earlier this month and I have to say - I am not in love with the TB3 cable. It seems to wiggle out every time the monitor shakes from touching the desk. Besides that - the color and display are pretty much unbelievable. I am more than happy with everything else

I purchased this to go along with my M1 Mac Mini, and I am impressed. I find the screen size perfect for keeping my editing software on one side of the screen and at least one more app open on the other side. Some people have complained about the fonts not being clear, but I don't see that. Over all I am very pleased. The only thing I find fault with is the on screen settings app.

I need to use a ridiculously reduced resolution in order to get anything like 5K. At the time of writing this, no drivers exist for Linux, Windows, Mac, Chrome, Android, iOS... nothing, nada. If you want a real 5K monitor. look elsewhere.

Love the resolution and PPI, hate the white back, and would prefer the IO ports not stick straight out the back. The viewing experience of this monitor could be improved by curving it. Heads up, this particular model does not have speakers, there is another model with speakers included that looks identical. The monitor works well with my MacBook Pro, but you should go to manufacture's site to review the supported list of Mac’s. TIP: Hold option key while clicking scaled ratio button in system preferences to show all supported resolutions.

This is a spectacular monitor. It’s almost too wide, but right at the bleeding edge. I love editing on it, yet the single top reason I purchased it was to view my finished films at their native 2.2:1 aspect ratio of 4752x2160. The HDR is bright and vivid. If I were to ding it, I would only say that the local dimming is columnar, not in specific small zones. But this can be turned off in its menu. One warning: be certain your computer can drive the 5K2K natively via either DisplayPort or Thunderbolt3, the HDMI input does not support 5K. Otherwise, beautiful product to enhance your productivity.
