I hate this thing. It opens from the front- the part closest to your back. The straps are always in the way when you are getting into the bag. It looks big and spacious but if you actually put anything in the compartments inside they expend into the case - if you have a laptop it makes it hard to close. If you use the laptop you have to unzip the case to get to it. My old camera bag had a separate compartment with its own zipper to make getting the laptop out super easy. It has two compartments to hold stuff on the outside of bag near the top - but if you have the bag open those two compartments are basically unusable because hey open on the opposite side so when he back is open those pockets open towards the ground. Totally not liking it. I actually use my old beat up camera bag because I find this one basically unusable. It does have the chest strap and waist belt if you have to hike. Looking for something else a little more usable.

Needed to upgrade to a larger and more durable backpack. The backpack holds my a7riii and A6300 cameras and my 3 Sigma lenses with room to spare. Plenty ways to customize the inside to hold filters and lens. The backpack also has many attachment points for the straps as my tripod is fairly large. Very lightweight for its size and comfortable.

I love this bag so much after I bought the 1st one I bought a second for my video gear. The feature I like best is the built in rain cover. Working in Florida rain is part of the deal most days in the summer. I would highly recommended this product.

Really like this pack. The best part about it for me are the super bomber zippers. Don't feel afraid of losing any of my heavy equipment because a zipper comes undone. Only wish it was slightly easier to fit a 600 lens in it, but I can still fit it, a few other lenses and my body into with ease and am not worried about anything taking any damage with regular use.

Exactly what I was looking for to hold ALL my gear, including a Sigma 150-600mm lens. It's quite a bit bigger than what I currently have, but to be able to have all my lenses and accessories at my fingertips while hiking is going to be great. I have yet to 'test drive' this backpack on a hike or have opinion on the added weight. Backpack is really well-made and I love that the main compartment is against my back for security. I also love the versatility with being able to configure the interior and exterior to my needs. The detachable belt has come in handy while taking photos of birds around our yard. I can have a few items like an extra battery, my glasses, remote shutter and lens cloth at my fingertips without carrying the whole backpack. I love that!

Form and function. That says it all. The design is so practical, transformational. The removable hip/fanny belt is quite a cool piece of equipment. The research I did led me to see many YouTube videos giving this backpack high recommendations. I feel it will be the last and only backpack I need.

I bought this so I could store/carry all my lenses and equipment in one bag. This is definitely large enough. The bag itself is built like a tank, which protects my gear but that also makes it somewhat heavy. My old Lowepro bag opened from the front, not the back side, which I like much better. The straps get in the way when you open it to get your gear out. Overall, still a 5 star and you can't beat Adorama's price.

This bag is a tank. I?ve been dropping it on the ground and in the snow since the day it arrived and the inside remains dust and moisture free when I open it up to grab my gear. I?ve got 2 bodies in the bag along with a 14-24mm, 24-70mm and a 150-600mm and I still have room for filters, a rain jacket, camera/lens rain cover, cleaning supplies, etc? I did attach a first-aid kit and the extra little bag it came with it to put often used things like batteries and such. I also have my tripod strapped to the back and while it?s heavy, the shoulder straps handle it quite well. My only gripe is that the external pockets are so tight that you cannot really get anything in them (thus the extra bags attached that I mentioned earlier).

This is a great pack for your camera gear. It?s rugged design will hold up to ring off the beaten path. Lots of storage and the design allows customizing compartment sizes. You can also carry a 13in laptop depending on all the equipment you want to carry in the roomy pack. And yes it has a rain guard that is stored in the bottom of the pack. Is it worth the money?.do you want to protect all your expensive gear!?!

I bought this to replace my Lowepro 302 sling bag. I was looking for something with two shoulder straps and webbing because the sling bag was getting too heavy to carry around (D850 w/ grip & SpiderHolster plate, flash, extra lenses (including 80-400), batteries, etc...) I expected to gain a bunch of extra space, but after moving everything from the sling bag and getting it arranged there was little extra space left. The interior zippered pockets were really only good for flat things... anything bigger caused the back to bulge and made it hard to zip up. Overall it is a good bag and I will continue to use it. I really like the fact the entire back opens showing everything inside, it makes it very easy to go through security. The top camera access was extremely useful during its maiden trip. I removed the "utility belt" as I use a SpiderHolster but I imagine it would make it much more comfortable to carry for long days, but even without it I had no issues carrying it for 6 straight 8+ hour days.

So far great bag, had alot more room than my Neewer bag I've been using and is more comfortable. My only issue is depending on what you have in the inside pockets a laptop won't fit.

Great bag, it handled D850 + D200, + Nikon 12-24, 70-80, MD Grip for D850, and a lot more. Very sturdy. Let?s say it was packed to the max, and heavy like I was carrying bricks on the back. It did not break. Putting rain cover was easy. I carried 500mL water bottle on the outside. Used it for adventure hiking and picture taking in the rain.

Fits EVERYTHING very nicely. Waterproof with the cover hiding below. Even fully loaded it isn't a burden to carry with the padding on the straps along with the waist belt too.

Excellent Camera bag. I purchased to use at a wedding shoot, it held my two flash guns, two cameras, 3 additional lenses and a lens extender a small video camera, all of my battery packs, my portable hard disk drive, cleaning items etc etc. Didn?t feel heavy even when fully loaded with ,y tripod on the pack.. Very happy with the purchase

I tried the 350 but found that I barely had enough room. Nice bag, but the 350 wasn?t big enough, no room to grow. This one, the 450, is meeting all my needs. Great depth that allows for stacking if needed, room to grow, and a great comfortable fit on my back. I am INTO this bag.

I like it's very spacious. I think it's a little too deep but I can put my 20-70 vertically. I like there is a pocket in on of the dividers to put SD cards (at least I used it for it).

Super durable comfy pack that holds my camera body with my 70-200mm, 24-70mm 105 macro, 150-600mm plus my DJI Air 2s and smart controller!

Sturdy and has plenty of space for two bodies, who knows how many lenses, flashes, whatever else. It has enough space that it gets heavy quick because you can put so much in it but the straps really help to take the load off your back. High quality

It was worth the wait of the backorder. It is a Camera Backpack, that certain. I have never seen a backpack so well designed and engineered with not only a sturdy, but an attention to detail, both in asthetic and functionality.

This bag would be great for someone that is looking for a large and sturdy bag. I returned it because it was too big for me to carry long distances or to fit under an airplane seat.

This newer version has several great upgrades: stronger zipper and bigger (more useful) side pockets. Make no mistake, it takes time to remove and reposition the interior dividers so all your personal equipment fits perfectly in the bag. When finished, it safely held everything I needed: 14-24 f2.8, 24-70 f2.8, 70-200 f2.8, 28-300 f3.5, Nikon D780, Leica D-LUX6, chargers & batteries, Bose Noise-cancelling Headphones and extra glasses. I feel confident my items are sufficiently protected and the straps make it easy and comfortable to carry. Worth the money.

Perfect size backpack for my needs. Fits my Nikon 200-500, 105mm macro, 300mm and my d850 and 28-300. The thing I like the most is that I can easily fit it under the seat on a airplane (fly Delta) as my personal item and till take a carry-on for the remainder of my items. It is a little long to fit under the seat but turned sideways meets the requirements. Love the sleek nature of it with limited exterior pockets to get caught. Taken on two trips to date and it is a perfect size. Looked at th...

Excellent Bag, Well-Built, Tough as Nails, Plenty of Room

The 450AWII is an awesome camera backpack. When it arrived I was worried that it might be too big. It's really big! However, it has turned out to be the perfect size for my needs. It comfortably fits my D850, a 70-200mm lens & a 50mm lens with hoods and soft cases, filters and filter holder with soft case, external flash with controllers and soft cases, a few small misc. accessories, some personal items, and my travel tripod hooks onto the outside of the backpack with the provided straps ...
