Jamo 10?

This little baby really pumps it out. I thought I needed a 12? for my basement sound system but I got a great deal on this here and couldn?t pass it up. I am so thrilled! Still dialing it in to perfection, but it really made a difference versus my Onkyo sub. No comparison. Great speaker at a great price! Thank you Adorama!!

Wow! Great bass for a 10" subwoofer.

Awesome! This is a better sub than 2 10" subs I had before I got this one. I was going to have the 2 matching subs I got from another brand in my living room home theater system for zone 1 and put this one on zone 2 in my room but when I hooked this one up, I immediately switched them around. This single 10" is now on zone 1 and I have the other 2 in my room because this one has more bass than 2 others and they are not low quality subs either.

Crisp and powerful

This delivers nice, crisp bass without room rattling distortion. It can shake the rafters if cranked. At mid level it adds great, clear low-end to music or movies. I upgraded a Sony micro 5.1 with the Jamo 5 speaker set and intended to just use the Sony 8" sub, but when I saw the value of the set with the sub, I changed my mind. I'm glad I did. The Jamo sub is crisper and has more punch. Would recommend the Jamo 5.1 set, especially on sale.

It's just, OK

Decent bass at lower volumes. Good, deep response. Start listening to anything with a lot of bass and the port noise is HORRID. If I adjusted it way down and crossed it over at 50hz, it was pretty good for movies. Big explosions were good. But if they were significantly long or emphasized, the port noise crept back in. I put my 12 year old Polk Audio PSW10 into service. I got this in a package and just DO NOT LIKE IT.

Great sub!

The subwoofer is really nice - it exceeded my expectations. I’ve even had to turn it down a bit to balance out in my setup - it’s amazingly tight deep bass too!
