Was not sure if this bag, Billingham in general, was worth the money. I will say an absolute YES... really an amazing bag. I was going to the the smaller Small Pro, but this bag is perfect for my needs. A 13” Mackbook Pro fits in easily, along with a iPad mini. Love it and highly recommended.

It’s a great camera bag, it just needs a top strap/handle like my Hadley Pro has.

The bag is extremely well made. It its perfect for a DSLR or a mirrorless camera with long lenses, ie., telephoto zoom The pockets in front are deep enough to store lenses, or a flash. Even with a lot of equipment, the bag does not feel as heavy since the shoulder strap is great. The materials are light and protective.

Fits my DSLR and another small camera if I wanted, as well as all my accessories and my iPad. The material is great and wrinkle resistant. I like this bag better than my old Fogg bag for this reason. Love this color because it stands up to dirt well out here in the desert where everything seems to get dusty. Would highly recommend this bag, great size for airplane travel as well. Sound purchase.

I prefer a bag that hugs the body, isn't bulky, has a decent amount of protection for my gear, easy to use, and is made well. Billingham delivers on all fronts. One handed, quiet opening. The fibernyte material is soft and not bulky, as well as waterproof. I love how the top flap easily folds up and out of the way. The khaki green/chocolate color scheme goes with any kind of clothing from jeans/t-shirt to business dress, and it is not flashy. I'm using this bag for my Fuji X-E3 system which is perfect. If you have an X-T2 with grip it will not fit, you'll want a bag that has a wider dimension. My only gripe with Billingham is I wish they had some extra organizer pockets sewn into the interior or inside the front pockets.

This is the 3rd items that I bought from Adorama in last 3 months. Great customer service when I was trying to figure out the actual size of the bag and SR tried her best to give me info even though she doesn't have the bag in front of her to describe it. Will return for many more time and recommend to any one looking for good price, great customer service and ease of use.

I bought my first Billingham 20 years ago and dragged my film camera and two big lenses around Disney World, Myrtle Beach, Europe, etc. My original bag is as good as new. Now that its time to buy my daughter a camera bag there was no other choice. My original has no rips, tears or scuffs. Stitching is perfect. Padding is perfect. Moveable velcro inserts very useful. My daughter is very happy with this smaller version of the classic bag, big enough for a Nikon and one extra lens.

Waited 3 weeks to get mine. Once I opened the box I was impressed at the quality of this bag. It's beautiful, it's elegant, but most of all it's practical. Every detail has been carefully designed. I can see that Billingham has a great deal of respect for the products they put on the market

I thought to myself, why would anyone use a small bag . Just get the big one and It fits all your stuff. Ok. Wait . A D800 with a 24-70 2.8 and another wide zoom gets heavy. Oh yes it does! So does the full frame canon with a few L lens. But mirrorless and rangefinder digitalis are very good now. And I really like my Fuji x100t. Bellingham bags are a joy. Yea expensive , but after you buy your 3rd photo backpack, simple quality is what I realy need now. Bellingham digital hola the x100t the few accessories and extra batterys. You will need several batterys. And I take photos again, no problems. I'm not hauling big equipment anymore. Smaller is fun. I get it now.

This is nearly the perfect bag. It's lightweight, extremely classy looking and a pleasure to the touch. it's perfect for me to carry my 5D - I can even leave the 24-70 lens on without a problem. But it's a little narrower than I hoped. I wanted to be able to take a Macbook Air as well as the 5D/24-70 to walk around during the week. It juuuuust fits. The front of the bag bulges out. Another flaw - there is no easily-accessible pocket for keys or phones - you have to open unsnap the flaps to get to the outside pockets. Minor issues, really. If I take an iPad instead of a laptop, it's perfectly fine, even leaving the lens screwed onto the camera. The extra pocket thing is really just nitpicking, though I did notice it, so there's that.... Bottom line, it's a stylish, classy, well-constructed bag. You really can't do better than the Billingham Hadley Pro.

Very well made, looks good, and does the job it was designed for. Holds a mirror-less camera and two lenses. Construction and fabric are top notch.

I recently resized from a Billingham Hadley small to the Hadley Pro small. There's a few inches difference. I had been using my original Hadley for years. It was incredibly tough, fast to access, and watertight. I expect no less from from the Hadley Pro. A big advantage to the Hadleys is that they are not too deep. when slung across my shoulder or chest they don't stick out too far. They sit tighter into your body. The Hadley Pro has the additional advantage of a hand strap.

It's a discreet and low key bag for dayly street walking. However, doesn't contain a lot of stuff.

Nice design and tough. Can be used everyday with or without SLR. It fits my D7000 with spare room for a lens and flash. Best with Billingham SP15 shoulder pad to redistribute the weight. Good service by Adorama. Thank you!! I have never worried about buying any item from Adorama.

I use this bag to bring a basic kit with me to work, fits nikon d3100, 18-55, tokina 11-16, 35mm 1.8, SB400 flash, and a nikon FE with 50mm 1.4 AIS attached with not much room for anything else in the main compartment. pockets still have room after all this stuff. Obviously the looks are great, the black color this comes in almost looks like navy, which I like because I'd rather have navy anyways. The quality is amazing...leather of very high quality and brass accents are very solid. Probably not for pros looking to do commercial work with extensive setups as this will not hold nearly enough gear, good for street photographers with rangefinders/mirrorless systems, the bag doesnt scream photographer.

Perfect for Leica and mirrorless systems. You can fit up to two cameras and four lenses if they are pocket sized. Not too heavy, and good padding.

I had to return the purchase only because the bag was not big enough for my needs. I have a small Billingham and a Large one also ... looking for something in-between. Did find way I Needed ... the L2 was perfect.

Need protection from rain for a camera and lens? Carry a Nikon D300S and 18-200VR lens easily. Will carry this with a grip mounted, but it is too tight a fit to be a shooter's bag.

This bag does it all for me! I have 2 Leicas that I carry in this bag with ALL their accessories. Lots of fully adjustable padding inside. Looks great but does not scream "CAMERA BAG". Nice if traveling to some not so savory destinations. I think this bag will give many years of service under any weather conditions. Only thing I wish it had were more pockets to hold all the little parts that make up a complete travel kit.

Great bag for carrying a body with lens attached and a couple of lenses. The extra storage space between the liner and exterior of the bag is handy for carrying instruction manuals. This bag is light and comfortable, well built and attractive.

VERSATILE & GREAT QUALITY

I have several Billinghams and the Hadley Pro is the one I use most often due to its versatilitty. The bag has ample space to carry a DSLR camera with a small lens attached and two additional lenses with a speedlight in its bellow pockets. Its both comfortable to use and the bag does not scream CAMERA! like its competitors. That is critical for travel so as not to attract the wrong kind of attention. The bag has the capability to remove the padding which will make it a nice general purpose...

Based on the immensly popular Hadley Original, the Hadley Pro has extra features; a carrying handle, a weatherproof zippered back pocket and the facility to accept AVEA pouches.
The camera insert is removable so one day it can be a roomy, well-equipped camera bag; the next it can double as a business case or a slightly posh beach bag. The Hadley Pro will accomodate A4 files and a small laptop computer.
In use, we recommend the flap straps are adjusted to length by using the buckle; the Quick Release System, i.e. the teardrop shape d hole which slips over the brass stud, is used for regular opening and closing. This way you will gain maximum benefit from the Q uick Release System.
