This is a really great camera. I was looking for a mirrorless DSLR with some sort of optical viewfinder and this camera fits the bill. It is light, nice looking and best of all packed with features and the battery is the same one I have for an older Olympus DSLR (which I still use). So with the interchangable battery, it just adds to the value I have received. Highly recommend, takes great pictures.

An excellent camera, one that really hits above its weight. This is my second; I owned an earlier version years ago. The current version with the bigger sensor is a definite improvement. I also own an E-M1iii. That's definitely a better camera, feature-wise, but the IQ is equal in most conditions. And OM has done a great job of leaving out features in the M10iv that many don't need. Indeed, there are even some features in the M10 that might be nice in the M1iii (I like the special modes on the dial for example). This camera really benefits from using better lenses; the sensor can make use of lenses with better resolution.

Updated to new Olympus from Sony A37. This is a great 'little' camera, very good pictures, definitely an upgrade from the 12years old Sony. The only downside for me and my hands is that it is a tad small after a Sony DSLR, sometimes don't know where to put your fingers. I also got Zuiko 25mm /f1.8 prime lens, a perfect companion to this camera besides the 14-42mm default lens.

Bit of a rambling review if you'll bare with me. This is a replacement upgrade as my Mark II died after 5 years of use. The cause is unknown but the system would not write to the card and instead turned off the camera each time (fully charged, current firmware, same card etc). I really liked my Mark II so while a bit hesitant about upgrading to the Mark IV, in the end I took the plunge. I'm glad I did and am looking forward to using it on climbing trips out west again next summer. My backup remains my beloved Stylus 1, a camera that could have shamed the Sony RX100 if Olympus had simply put a 1" sensor in the wonderfully designed Stylus 1. A fixed F2.8 zoom with range of 28-300 optical. Wow. Perhaps it would have had to be reduced to 28-200, but that would still have been fantastic. Meanwhile, my only complaint with the OMD E-M10 is that power standby NEEDS to leave the pancake zoom 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 EZ alone and NOT close the lens each time the camera body goes to sleep. I could turn off the power save, by it's a good feature. Just upgrade the firmware to NOT close the zoom PLEASE. Other than that I think it's a great camera and that's why I bought another. Oh and one more thing. Don't be so cheap that you charge for a real owner's manual. While travelling, it's not always possible to have access to a device where I can open the PDF version.

I love it. This was an upgrade from an Olympus pen epl7 that drowned. Lightweight and easy to take anywhere with me. Takes great photos. For an entry level camera it has all I could want.

I wanted something lighter and traded in my full frame Nikon gear in to get into the mirrorless mft world. Extremely light and portable and good quality photos for personal use. Easy to move the photos from my camera to my phone--no longer need to go home or bring a laptop to see and review photos right away. The UI is different but it just takes a little practice to get down the navigation. So far I am happy. This is a lot of camera for this price point and I think it is a good deal.

I like it so far. Looking at purchasing an additional lens as this one doesn't quite fit my needs. Light weight. Small. Perfect for travel. Seems a little delicate, so that is something to take into consideration.

I bought this to replace my O-MD E-M1 camera. I wanted/needed something that is less weight and easier to handle. I am not a pro and didn't need the E-M1. I just love this camera. I took it for my vacation to Rhode Island / Connecticut to visit family. I felt comfortable taking it with me everywhere I went. In the past I would leave the E-M1 and take my TG-4. I found the E-10 MK 4 to be easy to use and I love the pictures I got from it. I highly recommend this camera.

I had a problem with the camera immediately upon first use- the screen goes blank when I try to focus, only letting me compose my shot with the viewfinder. Cardinal Camera ignored my emails requesting a return; Olympus only offered a r*pair if I paid for shipping in advance. Very unhappy with the retailer and with Olympus.

The E-M10 Mark IV is a great-looking camera that takes amazing photos. I decided on Olympus after I got some photos developed from an old OM-10. They were so good I wanted to get one of Olympus' latest cameras. The 5-axis image stabilization is awesome to have in a camera at this price. With a 20 MP sensor it doesn't seem too behind the times either. Olympus was the first to have the Super Sonic Wave Filter dust reduction which this has. The camera is light and portable but not light on features. Highly recommended!

A nice upgrade to my OM-D E-10 Mark IV. Both of these cameras are fun and easy to use. Love them both as I am often surprised how nice the photos look.

Small, lightweight, IBIS is a must-have for me and my not-so-steady hands. JPG Image quality does not disappoint in any way. This for me was an upgrade from a trusty E-M10ii which was my introduction to Olympus. Paired with the kit 14-42mm EZ lens, this Mark iv is a great traveling companion for discreet street and city photography. No weather sealing cost it five stars in my rating, so must leave it at home (or in my hotel room) when the weather is bad.

As a beginner and only using the camera for travel and hobby, Im blown away by its capabilities. I have very little experience with other cameras, so mu review might have a lot of bias! The size is ideal for me, its easy enough to carry around without being cumbersome. Even if I dont use it, I dont regret having carried it around. A huge feature I love is being able to control the camera with a phone app. No timers needed and get get everyone in the photo. The quality of pictures is fantastic. The ease of use is great, with lots of fine tweaking I look forward to learning so much more about. All in all, for a begginer this camera may be a bit much, but if youre like me and want something you can grow into, this seems like a solid choice.

I used the camera one weekend trip. Since I have owned previous models. I didn't like M10 3 feeling in my hand. M10 3 I ordered and use a supplement grip. I only owners M10 3 four months. I couldn't get a good feeling handling M10 3. I questioned M10 4 handling when it arrived, but in use I didn't even notice the handling. I like the additional features. I like the back screen new options.

Great small camera. The larger sensor than the Mark III makes a differnce.
