Used SWIT Electronics S-2010 12W On-Camera LED Light with Pole Power Connector

The SWIT S-2010 camera light combines 4 advanced LEDs with SWIT optic technology design. S-2010 has improved lumen output 50% more compared with the same category of products in the world in much smaller volume. It offers high output and consumes low power with the unique LED technology.

The output is equivalent to a 40W bulb at 5600K° daylight color temperature while requiring only 12W of power with low heat radiation. S-2010 has the long lifetime over 100,000 hours, requiring no dichroic filter and spare filament bulbs. With the color compensating filter you can also change to 3200K° and the new dimmer enables you to adjust the illuminace easily. The S-2010 is uniquely designed for DV camera.

S-2010 has standard 5.5mm pole power connection, accepts power directly from SWIT DV batteries with pole DV out or from SWIT S-7200 bracket. Battery and S-7200 Bracket sold separately.

Long life LEDs
S-2010 on-camera light adopts 4 advanced LEDs at 5600K color temperature, which can last in excess of 100,000 hours and requires no spare filament bulbs.

12W Light Output, 40W Blub Equivalent - 1100 Lux @ 1 meter distance
S-2010 requires only 12W power consumption and equivalent to a 40W halogen bulb. The brightness is 1100 Lux at 1 meter distance.

Filter/Diffuser/Barn Door kit
S-2010 is equipped with 1 Tungsten 3200K color temperature filter, 1 diffuser and 2 left/right barn doors. You can easily change color temperature from 5600K to 3200K, or diffuse the light.

Dimmer control
S-2010 has a dimmer controller on the rear panel, to adjust the light output from 10%-100%. The color temperature will not change during the dimmer controlling.

6-9V Pole-tap Power Supply - Power DV camcorder and S-2010 simultaneously
The S-2010 accepts 6-9V voltage input, with a 2-pin pole-tap end power cable. You can get power from SWIT DV batteries with pole-tap DC output (available separately), so that the DV batteries can power camcorder and S-2010 simultaneously.

For other DV batteries without pole-tap DC socket, S-7200 series battery clamp adapter plate with pole-tap socket are also available separately, and you can fix the adapter on camcorder handle to supply power to S-2010.

Cold Shoe and Screw head installation
S-2010 can be fixed on camera via cold shoe. The cold shoe connector part can be easily taken down so that you can fix on camera by 1/4" screw head.
