Overall very pleased with the used DJI Phantom 4 Pro+ I purchased. The system is in almost new condition with just some minor scrapes on the bottom of the skids. My only complaint and why only a 4 star rating is that the gimbal securing device is not OEM and had fallen off in shipment. When I first tried to take off the aircraft flipped on its side. Ran sensor, IMU and compass calibrations. Flew perfectly after that. A surprise bonus was the hard case I received. It's looks like one of the $200+ custom padded cases. It had very minor scuffs. I had the same aircraft which I flew very successfully countless times since 2017. Then just recently, I had a 'fly away' at a rugged park where I could not locate the aircraft. The Phantom 4 Pro+ has been discontinued and after much research and past experience I decided to purchased a used system here. Overall this system is a great value and I am pleased with my purchase!

I liked everything about the drone except that the battery didn't hold a charge and the controller wouldn't charge. Other than that it is a drone you really want to get your hands on.

I would absolutely recommend Adorama and the DJI Phantom Pro 4+ to any professional or hobbyist looking to take their passion to the next level. I love the drone and Adorama was quick to process and deliver the drone.

We use this drone primarily for still photography. It is very easy to fly right out of the box. Quality build.

A fantastic machine it is. Superb flying ability. Fantastic camera. Wish battery life was longer. Definitely requires a second battery. Support documentation from DJI leaves a whole lot to be desired. Best source for support is YouTube. I’d give the copter a 5-star but lack of support drops it to a 4-star. Adorama gets a 5-star as always.

We purchased a drone for our forensic program. The DJI Phantom 4 Pro + is seemingly ideal. The safety features and obstacle avoidance features are outstanding. The video is excellent and more steady than I had anticipated, even in a good breeze. The learning curve is a bit steep as there are so many complex features, but once learned, they are well worth the effort. I now have the misfortune of feeling like I can't live without one of my own. Oh, the wife will not be happy! (But I will!).

Excellent design. This is not a toy! It is a serious and well designed air camera. Adorama has been fantastic..

DJI out did themselves. I have the 2nd generations and it was very difficult to use and sync. Now all I have to do is point and shoot. Have the whole family using this device and having a blast.

This is my first Drone and I believe I have started out with the best one for my needs. I am a real estate broker and will be using it to video and photograph land and home listings. I chose the Phantom 4+ because of the camera and stability of this Drone. However, there is a LOT to learn before ever getting it off the ground. Also, since I will be using it in my business I have to pass the FAA Part 107 test to obtain the remote pilot certification. It has been a little overwhelming, but I am determined to do what it takes to launch this baby so to speak. I just want beginners to know there is more than just opening the package. Be patient and watch lots of YouTube videos and the tutorials that DJI offers.

My first drone, probably my last. Looked at a lot of drones and viewed a lot of drone comparison videos and reviews. I think the camera is what solidified the deal. This is one great drone. My relatives that have drones are jealous.

As my 1st drone, this P4P+ is amazing! I waited to get into drones to see if the tech would settle down. This one seems just about perfect! My only complaint is the firmware update process was pretty poor. I have the plus. The controller said the drone wanted an update, so I let it. Then, it wouldn't fully connect with the controller after that and the controller kept saying the drone was out of date. Turns out the problem was the controller firmware. A call to DJI was useless. I ended up finding a web site that explained out to update the + controller. Once I did that, everything was great! Firmware aside, it is an amazing piece of tech! Super video quality, buttery smooth. Fantastic!

I owned the Phantom 3 Professional before this and the image quality is a big step up with the P4P. The larger sensor in combination with the mechanical shutter have dramatically made a difference in the quality of aerial work I am able to produce. I pair the 4K footage with stuff from my Sony FS5 and it matches up great. Highly recommended for professionals operating as solo contractors.

Highly recommend purchasing from Adorama! Quick ship and great communication! I'm a volunteer firefighter and was injured in a training activity...6 broken bones in right wrist, closed head concussion, and a torn bicep muscle in my left shoulder which required surgery. I ordered the DJI Phantom 4 Pro Plus and due to my current condition am unable to try out. But believe me, I can't wait! As always, I love turning to Adorama for my purchases!

This is my second DJI Phantom Quad. Started a little over a year ago with the Phantom 3 Pro which still performs flawlessly. I waited when they came out with the P4, you know that DJI will always create a "pro" version soon. Writing this five-star review as I couldn't be happier with the capabilities of this very reasonably priced flying camera! I use it for the camera/photo/video capabilities and don't care in the least that it can fly miles away (illegal in the U.S.) or can get speeds in excess of 45 mph. I need silky smooth stable video and crystal clear still images. This camera delivers both. The older P3Pro when recovered with the RTH protocal, normally landed within 8 feet of the launch spot. This P4Pro Plus lands within the same square foot that it launched from! With the old system, Return To Home, brought the craft up to 100' (set by user) and made a bee-line to its originating point and would hit trees, buildings, anything in its path. This P4Pro Plus will avoid and fly around obstacles on its return home. It also won't land if something is directly under it and will hover while you take over. SAFE SAFE SAFE The camera is what initially sold me on this version, but I have dome to appreciate the fore, aft and side sensors. Won't be making any YouTube vidoes showing it hitting trees or a building, amazing technology. I use it for commercial applications and just can't have it hit a structure, pole or person. Fly with confidence. I definitely recommend it to any advanced amateur or working professional. The camera is finally capable of producing passable photos of groups (something I always turned down with the P3Pro)... I couldn't be more impressed. Adorama is also definitely the place to purchase your DJI product, they provide flawless customer service as always.

I've had issues with the live view of the camera not working at times. The screen is choppy while recording in 4K. Overall a nice drone, but I really hope I don't have to send it back due to malfunctions right out of the box.

Easy to fly. The intelligent modes allow you to capture professional level shots as it flies and shoots very smoothly. The 3 axis gimbal works great. The camera shoots great video and still shots are fantastic too. I am very glad I purchased the pro4+ with remote controller. The display is bright and clear and easy to see and use. The app runs seamlessly on the stand alone controller and that was a big reason for purchasing this package. Do yourself the favor and read the reviews on the DJIGO APP on Google Play before relying on your smart phone or device to operate in intelligent modes. There are very few devices that will operate the app correctly. The reviews for the Phantom 4Pro+ are high. But, the reviews for the DJI GO APP when used with your smart device are not so good.

This quadcopter is, with care, a simple to fly and stable camera platform. The camera system is a distinct improvement over the other Phantom and Mavic systems offered by DJI, which is probably the most important difference between the Phantom 4 Pro and the Phantom 4. The Plus version controller includes a built in tablet, which has the advantages of a very bright display, permanent connection, and getting its power from the controller. However, you cannot load third party flying apps.
