The D-Box is designed for effortless installation, requiring no tools, and features a Cable-less interface that attaches directly to the back of the camera body. It is compatible with the Base Expander Module, REDVolt Expander Module, and the Off Hollywood O-Mods.

The connectors on the D-Box are meticulously contoured to match the Expander Modules, ensuring all cables can be installed without any collisions. The module communicates seamlessly with the camera, allowing any ARRI standard start/stop trigger to be used with the 3pin Fischer port.

The DC input on the D-Box mirrors the camera's LEMO, allowing for an AC power supply or external power plate to be connected. This feature enables powering of accessories and the camera during a battery change. When both battery and DC input are in use, the D-Box smartly defaults to the DC input, preserving the battery charge.

The D-Box is equipped with an authentic Anton Bauer Gold Mount plate, providing 2x D-Tap (unregulated) on the power plate. However, it's important to note that one D-Tap is obscured by the right side power outputs.

The D-Box connections include a D-Tap - 12V Unregulated slot, which can be swapped for Hirose, 2pin LEMO, or 4pin LEMO, a 2 pin LEMO - 12V Unregulated with ARRI standard wiring, a 3 pin Fischer - 24V Regulated with a built-in regulator to convert battery voltage to 24V, a USB - 5v Regulated that provides 2A for iPhone/iPad charging, and a DC Input - 12-16V that gives priority to DC Input to preserve battery charge when both sources are connected.
