Worked well - for a while
This is the second one I have owned. I liked the ability to print 11x17. Everything worked great until a month ago when I upgraded my MAC operating system. After downloading and installing updated drivers, I called tech support because I couldn't get the scanner to work. They told me to do that same thing. I did and it still didn't work so I haven't been able to scan for several weeks. Now the paper gets stuck every 3-4 pages. At first it was just when printing 2-sided and now it happens on every print. I've made sure all the paper tray setting are right. So now I'm thinking of buying a completely different model.

Wf-7310 keeps jamming, the ink is fast. Not a good printer!
The printer I purchased (wf-7310) did not meet my satisfaction! I do own the wf-7210 and I love it! I still love Epson customer service though. Maybe I just got a bad printer.

Disappointment with Printer Quality and Poor Customer Serv
I am writing to express my frustration with the Epson Workforce 7310. Unfortunately, this printer has not met my expectations due to several persistent issues.
From the start, the printer displayed problems such as ERROR and Low in M ink. Despite following the troubleshooting steps provided in the manual and on your website, the problems persist, making the printer almost unusable for my needs.
I reached out to your customer support team on 12.12.24 to resolve the issue. However, my experience was disappointing because they requested the Serial number, the Receipt that I bought the ink, and pictures of the ERROR were wasting my time and unhelpful advice. The lack of effective assistance has only added to my frustration.
As someone who relies on Epson and have 4 Epson printers for my crafting business, and projects, this situation has caused significant inconvenience and wasted time. I expected better performance and support from a reputable company like yours.

Epson Fail!
I bought this product a year ago and only used it about 5 times, I had the same problem as the other customer; I bought new ink cartridges, and it could not register the cartridges, so I bought more cartridges and still the same problem. I reported the problem to Epson twice by phone and email before the year warranty was up and was never responded back with any resolution to my problem. I now have this beautiful hardly used printer with an error code 034019, that I can do nothing about. I still love Epson & their products, but the customer service was not up to my expectations of Epson.

Got this printer 12/2022 and now it will not register the ink cartridge, followed all the troubleshooting and nothing works. It is out of warranty so now I have no choice but to have to put out money for a new one. Also, when using the rear feed it constantly jams wasting paper.

Prints are excellent, different sizes can be problematic
The printing ability is excellent for thicker than normal substrates including fabric. The ability to send unstandard sizes to the printer is not, even when I create a new size. I have had to print an 11x14 print on 11x17 size in order for the printer to accept it.

Regrettable purchase, if you need to print any paper besides plain letter. No touch screen, rear paper feed needs to be handled like a baby bird and even then, good luck getting it to print any quality paper.

I HATE this printer
This thing never works right when you need it. It is only good for standard paper loaded in a tray. 8.5 x 11. anything else don't waste your time. This thing only makes me angry. The ink times itself out after an expiration date so make sure you need to use it all the time or it gets really expensive to print. Single print pages is next to impossible to get it to go through. I feel like I am wasting so much time and money to make this thing do something as simple as print 11x17.

Great Printer So Far
Received Epson printer and had NO problems setting it up and getting prints and copies immediately.
Color copy is excellent. Only slight issue is that the machine is big and with extensions takes up a lot of space - otherwise 5 enthusiastic stars!

Disappointed with printer. It will only hold one sheet at a time in the top tray for the 13" X 19" Paper, so you can only print one 13 x 19 sheet a time. The description of the printer does not tell you this. You have to look it up in the manual to find this out. Sent the printer back!

Amazing value
So for I am very impressed with this printer. It's fast printing, high resolution output, multiple paper sizes, automated open and close output tray. Clearly suited for business setting. An amazing value. Thanks.

Work Flowing
Everything we need to keep our work flowing. The dual paper trays are a real time saver where letter size is 70% and ledger size is 30% of the thruput.
Ink supply seems to be about the same as other printers we used, it could be better.

Great wide format printer for the price
Large but well designed with a small exception. Quick clear printing with plenty of trays and feeders for maximum flexibility. Bought for large format capabilities and hope to try those soon. My only criticism is the kind of dated input screens and buttons. Buttons not lit only the small screen so you need a light on to navigate the control buttons but for the price it's a minor inconvenience. Five stars otherwise.

Horrible Printer
Purchased this printer to use for my business. Had it less than 2 months before it had hardware failure. I had to ship it back only to be replaced with a refurbished printer that lasted less than 2 months and now having to ship the refurbished printer back because it has hardware failure. This is NOT a good printer to use for business purposes.

This printer makes wide format printing a pleasure
The Epson WF-7310 is the most awesome wide format printer I have ever operated. And buying it from Dell was a wonderful experience. I bought the printer because it had all the features I wanted and a few extra features that are nice to have. And Dell made the purchase easy and economical. In addition to all the features that I expected, I found something I never expected the first time I printed... the output tray glides out on its own to receive the printed sheets! I will never again leave the room and come back seeing all my printed sheets spread over the floor because I forgot to pull out the output tray.

Happy purchase
The WF-7310 printer arrived two days early, hooked up with ease, and seems to have quite a bit of fluid in its inks. Just be sure to put the glossy paper face down in bin #1. Works over WiFi from my PC's, laptops and Kindle's just fine from any room in my 2-story house.

New printer just installed
I just completed setting up this new printer. This is the first printer I have had to set up by myself. I found the on-screen menus a bit confusing at first. I had to call customer support three times before I got finished, but the support staff were all very helpful and accommodating. They spent as much time as was needed. So far, the print quality seems to be excellent.

Perfect Auto-Duplex Legal Sized Paper
I bought this to auto-duplex legal sized paper and it works PERFECT for that. My only gripe so far is that there are no refillable cartriges available for it so the ink can get pricey.
