Charge

The Most Frequent Accident at the Site is Damage Caused By A Battery Crash
The Gen Energy V-mount battery uses PC materials to provide the strongest protection against physical shock and is a flame retardant zero grade (highest grade) material. Based on this, each cell is protected with a container and the battery is protected from falls through a reinforced vertical frame structure. As a result, the U.S. Department of Defense has obtained the qualifications for the product that meets the military standards.
To achieve this robust durability, we adopted a reinforced vertical frame structure, designed with multiple junction structures, which allows eight bolts to retain frames. Inside, a container structure holder was applied to each cell to prevent an internal shock that could be present in a single cell. Containers in the Gen Energy V-mount battery are made from polycarbonate material. It shows excellent durability in the harshest-case tests and has passed the Millspeck test more than 1.2 meters, 26 times.
Self-test has passed 10 meters drop test, 1.5 meters 150 drop test, 1600 RPM vibration test, -20 deg. C to + 60 deg. C (-4 deg. F to 140 deg. F) operation test and has durability that is acceptable for a 3 tonne mass of pneumatic vehicle.
Short-proof
The Gen Energy V-Mount battery can provide sufficient stable power supply in extreme environments and can handle more devices. Internal circuits do not use wires; they use the highest-grade elements. The main board is built on a 20A basis and the specially built V-mount connections withstand 12A. Each of the two dabs can easily digest a maximum capacity of 7A.

High Speed Charging
The Gen Energy V-mount battery has the fastest charging speed in the world. Up to 6A, four batteries are charged at the same time (with G-C100, G-CB100 chargers) to demonstrate 8x faster charging efficiency than the third party. This function is available on 290W, 195W and 160W batteries. (The 98W battery will charge up to 3.0A.)
The Gen Energy V-mount battery performs real-time, precision cell validation by the Intelligent Cell Balancing Program when charging. As a result, each cell maintains the optimum state of charge. Using the AFE IC, measure the precise cell condition and measure the current due to the ultra-precision resistance of 0.5%. It's the only and most complete technology with software that controls the hardware by measuring its precise battery charge.
Long Life
The Gen Energy V-mount battery is manufactured from Samsung's 3,500 mA 18650 lithium-ion battery. Self-examination shows that the most electrical components are the best and the best parts are selected through periodic testing. It also protects the battery cell using only 90% of the cell capacity. Due to the nature of the lithium-ion battery, if the remaining battery charge reaches 0%, the life of the battery will fall dramatically. To prevent this, you will be left with a minimum capacity of 10%. Get up to 40% life-boost
The Gen Energy V-mount battery has a super-save capability. If the battery is not used to prevent natural discharge, the main contacts and dabs will go into sleep mode after 48 hours and the USB power after 30 minutes. Press the indicator button once to re-drive the battery. Batteries in super-save mode can be stored at room temperature for one year. (98W 6+ Months).It is recommended that the Gen Energy V-mount battery use the cell indicator reset function once every 12 months. When the indicator button is pressed for 15 seconds, the processor within the battery checks the inside of the battery to check the status of each cell, such as capacity degradation, to show the correct amount of charge.
