Best gimbal for mirrorless compact cameras
The Zhiyun Crane-M is very good construction. Excellent software and performance is perfect. I recommend it to all professional videomakers, including the Youtubers.
Smaller Outside, More Inside
Crane-M is a paraprofessional gimbal. With a payload weight of 4.4-22.9oz (125-650g), it supports the vast majority of compact digital cameras on the market and fills a vacancy between phone and mirrorless camera at the same time. Crane-M only weights 1.6 lbs (740g), which is lighter than the Zhiyun Crane, but adopts the new technology of 3-axis of unlimited rotation and Bluetooth connection while being compatible with 2 types of batteries from Crane. The Crane-M is an entry level paraprofessional product created by Zhiyun to help photographers take their shoots to the next level.
Giant monster, multidevice support
Crane-M weights only 1.6 lbs, as light as a bottle of mineral water, but can support everything from action cameras to mobile phones, compact cameras and mirrorless cameras. It could be compared to an ancient, giant monster - because of its strong performance and "huge stomach".
First gimbal to control the camera
Crane-M is the first gimbal that is able to control the camera attached to it. The zoom, focus and shutter release of select Sony cameras can be controlled over a USB cable, saving time.
Extended battery life
Crane-M uses a 26500 battery which brings 12 hours of operating time. It allows you to shoot all day long - and even might turn you into a shooting addict.

Multiple shooting modes
The 3 motors of the Crane-M adopted advanced slip ring technology and 360 deg. unlimited rotation to meet shooting demands including traditional shooting, upside-down shooting and low and high position shooting. It is capable of making seamless transitions even at the coaxial status.
