Great addittion for field work

This mono-pod replaced one I lost on a trip. After a few outings with this one, I'm glad I lost the first one. It installs quickly and is very stable.

Compact, lightweight, sturdy

This monopod is perfect for me. Fully extended, it brings my camera's viewfinder to my eye exactly. Construction feels solid and when clamped down, it is very stable.

Great product

No complaints, lightweight, but still seems very tough...in the close position, it can probably be used in self defense quite honestly. I added a QR ballhead so it's a great tool to walk around with and pop the camera on when I need it. In the extended position, it could be used as a walking stick, but I do think it'd buckle if I unexpectedly had to lean on it.

The Manfrotto - Manfrotto 776YB monopod is more compact, light and quick. The four sections, lightweight monopod with rapid action extension locks for compact spotting scopes and has 1/4-20" fixing screw.
