An essential item for me

I do a lot of nocturnal mammal photography, leaving my camera outside for prolonged periods. This enables either AC power or (via a modification) a 12V battery source to keep the camera awake for several days.

This AC adapter kit lets you power the camera from any standard household power outlet. This kit is compatible with EOS 1D Mark III, IV, EOS-1Ds Mark III, and EOS-1DX SLRs.
