What can I say? I love these headphones! The sound quality is amazing! the mids and highs are clear and the bass is full without being overpowering, I use an equalizer when I want to listen to music so I can flavor the sound how I like, I turn EQ off when using them for production. These cans can handle some power without distortion, You can crank these pretty high! They are a little tight, they are also brand new, let's just say they aren't going anywhere but, you can thanks to the 10ft long cord, cmes with the plug adapter, these are my new favorite work and play phones, i prefer these over my Behringer, OneOdio's, Sony or JBL Quantums! I really believe audiophiles would be impressed and for the price you may as well try them out, I'm going to get a few more pair just to have on hand.

I just bought 4 of these sets of headphones from the open box list. They sound fine and seem fairly sturdy. They won't be confused with Sony 7506, akg 240, etc, but for the $ that I paid they are phenomenal. I purchased them to have as extra sets when doing school shows or other sound gigs in which headphones need to be provided for musicians who do not have their own. I may get another couple of sets just to have extra. It's surprising to me how many high schoolers don't own a set of wired headphones now, or many that do have a set with a mic on them, which isn't great for use with some headphone amps. Compared to sets that have been purchased for this purpose in the past these are far superior. The sound is a little boxy, but nothing that can't be eq'd pretty quickly by dipping a little low mid (using these mainly with behringer p16 mixers), and bass is balanced with the rest of the signal. The ear cups are over the ear, but are a little on the small side. They fit me just fine, but if someone has larger ears they may sit on top of the ear a little more. I only tested them for a little while at home to make sure all of the sets were functioning correctly, but they seemed comfortable. I am pretty picky about headphone comfort, so take that for what it is.
