Give your wrist a break... a very natural feel to photo editing. I wonder why I waited so long, ease of use is second nature... like holding a pen.

This is my second Intous4 tablet. The first one is a small which I use with my PC laptop. I prefer the larger size, but the small is convenient to carry. Using the grip pen gives you more control when editing photos than a mouse. Very easy set-up.

The medium tablet is a good size for desktop use. Would liked to see the USB ports on both sides of the tablet.

I got this at the rcommendatio of on of my photgraphy school instructors. I guess it will be worth it when my skill level increases, but at this point I'm just as well off without it.

I have not been able to get my driver issues with this product resolved so far. I have downloaded and installed the latest drivers as suggested on the support page but have not gotten the unit operational. At this point I would not recommend this item.

The Wacom Intuos4 Medium Tablet is the most popular and versatile choice among creative professionals. With 48.5 square inches of working area, this tablet provides ample workspace for most tablet users. The medium size is built with eight ExpressKeys and illuminated displays that provide easy reference to your assigned functions.
The Intuos4 is capable of recording 2048 levels of pressure, giving it the ability to recognize extremely subtle pressure for light brush strokes. It features a bank of customizable ExpressKeys and a finger-sensitive Touch Ring for enhanced control. These controls are located on one side of the tablet, in a symmetrical layout. This allows you to rotate the tablet 180°, giving equal functionality to both lefties and righties.
