Great Remote Trigger
Needed a remote trigger for shooting real estate photography, and this works perfectly. Not sure of the range, but response is great. Nice and compact and great feel in the hand.

Great remote!
This remote is a must have! It saves time at my shoots and helps keep me focused on my clients. I can be away from the camera and still capture shots. It helps on location when I don?t have an assistant to hold flags or reflectors. I can hold them myself and still fire the camera. It was easy to pair with my 90D. Just remember to disable the Bluetooth on the camera when you aren?t using it.

Great remote for the R5
This remote works perfectly with the Canon R5. I like to take long exposures and this remote will make that process easier. Within a minute of taking it out of the box, I was able to use it. It has a very slick design and is nice and small.

A little pricey for what you get, but helpful
Really nifty tool, much smaller than I expected but I have small hands so it works perfectly. It can be a pain to set up if you are not a complete camera save person. You not only have to link it to your camera but also go into two settings and make it remote capable for both video and photos. Then you have to constantly go back to settings when you don't want to use remote. Also it would be nice if the remote had a indicator light that stays on while in video mode. Lastly, the battery is not easy to change. I don't know how long it last, but when i do have to change it I need tools. It would be nice if it were rechargeable. Anyway overall I do like it and it is very helpful, but just a few annoyances drop the score for me for the price.

Instant capture
Very fast signal to camera. I currently used it for real estate photography on a tripod getting really high angles and its fast, almost instant shutter release once i hit the button. No issues so far.

Back ordered...or is it?
My order said backordered for almost a month after i ordered it. No way i was going to get it in time me to gift it as planned. Called to cancel and was told it wasn't on back order and they could see if it could be shipped. Ya if you get the back ordered status just call them and see if its really back ordered.

Blogger's magic wand
Canon BR-1 Wireless Remote is a bloggers dreams come true. I'm in a 3 states vacation and I have been able to get photos by my self that without a remote control wouldn't been possible. Once you synchronize the remote with your camera in my case the Canon M50, it work perfect. I didn't miss a shot and the biggest advantage was to have the camera away by 15 feet and still been able to take the image without to use or drain my cellphone battery.
