easy to setup, easy to use with my Mac devices, does a good job printing-hoping the toner cartridge lasts long time!

I have had canon products in the past and this one is horrible at scanning. First it scans way too light and there is no real good instructions on how to darken the image. No Chat support to help and only M-F 8-5 help

Printer is good but woe is you if you need to call them... average wait time is over an hour at both Technical support and sales (I assume if you are buying it would be quicker. Their sites talk about how great the service is but that is clearly not the case. I put in an order of ink but it did not come so I found my unto their website and found it was on backorder. Called in and got tech vs. sales and after two hours wait the phone was answered to tell me, yup it is on backorder but I would have to call sales to cancel. So I decided to just use their chat site... it was full. Apparently, their policy is to sell but then you are on your own.

Uh oh, great printer, one huge problem on my end. I thought Multifunction included Fax, this unit does not have Fax and yes I still fax documents. I planned on giving my wife the older ImageClass and keep this one. She just got lucky.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. After recieving the printer I was a bit worried about the setup but thankfully the setup was smooth. Instructions were easy to follow and installation was a breeze. I set up the WIFI function and was able to print within minutes. The machine works great. Printing is quiet and scanner was awesome. I print about 15 to 30 pages daily and this machine can handle it. The quality of the printing is like no other. Photo printing is very detailed. Truly recommend this printer quality product.

I received this product for my unbiased opinion. The package was very huge when it arrived, I needed an extra set of hands to bring it in. The unit is large so you need to have sufficient space to house the machine. The printer needs a little extra space around it to "vent" as well so be mindful of that also. The initial setup wasn't too hard, easy enough to follow if you have any type of experience with setups. As expected, the printer is really fast! One of my main needs for a new printer was speed, this definitely isn't a problem for this machine. The quality is very nice. The images are clear and crisp. The copy is equally fast as well. The scan option is great also. I also love that I can AirPrint without difficulty. Overall, a great LaserJet option. My only cons would be size. You definitely want to make sure you have space for this machine. Also, be advised it's laserjet so you will have to purchase toner, which is more expensive than regular ink. The printer does start u off with one so that's great.

STORAGE: The printer is a nice set of equipment. From the outside looking in, it seemed rather big, but it fits perfectly within the flow of the living room. It is not too bulky and allows the free-flowing living room to continue to be spacious. ASSEMBLY: I was impressed how the printer came already assembled. The fact that I did not have to put it together was surely a peace of mind. I’m glad the equipment came out together and easy to access as well. FUNCTION: The printer served to be a great product as advertised! The printer is sharp, fast and smooth flowing. It brings the power of the commercial world into my home and I love it. Very good product and efficient. PROBLEMS: I have not had any problems with the printer. It is easy to setup and access from the computer. PRICE: I believe the price is just right for this product. I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The box was large and heavy and it took 2 of us to get out of the box, but it was packaged securely- to not damage anything! The instructions were easy to read and me and my grandson (he is 11 set it up. Removed from the box and removed all stickers and such, then figured out where everything goes and how it works! It was easy to figure out where the paper goes, cartridges etc. The key pad was also easy to follow to set up printing documents. I was happy with the copying feature the copy was clear. Setting up from my phone took a little extra effort BUT figured it out and that copy printed great as well! I use many different copiers and printers at work. This device was just as easy to set up and use! I definitely liked the feature of having a copier and a printer in one! I have no complaints I am satisfied with the product and would definitely purchase one in the future!

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The set up of this printer was very quick and easy. It look less than 5 minutes to get set up and ready to print. Once it was set up, I printed over 100 pages that normally would have taken a few minutes with my other printer. However, with this Canon my print job was complete by the time I walked into the other room. It was great. I really appreciated that this printer prints quick,especially when I have a lot of pages. I believe this printer is also a scanner and copier, but I didn`t use either of those functions. I did look at the cost of replacement ink and found the price to be pretty high. If I can find cheaper ink, this will become my new full time printer.

First of all, I will say it arrives in a box that clearly states what's inside, with descriptive pictures etc so if you're concerned about the security of packages in your area or won't be there at time of delivery, just be careful, it will be a temptation to the dishonest! It's a little awkward & heavy pulling out of the box, you may need two people to do this, as well as for setting it on the workspace where it will be stationed. Getting it set up for printing, copying & scanning- love that this printer does it all, wasn't too terribly difficult although I did have a little trouble initially with the USB connection. My favorite feature is being able to print wirelessly from my tablet, super convenient! Canon makes truly quality products and this Canon D1620 Printer is no exception. I expect to be happily using this printer for years to come.
