I purchased my first Speedotron pack just about 25 years ago. It was a 1205 that I still use as my go to pack for remote work. There is no better value on the market. The recycle is fast, and cycle after cycle, the light output remains constant. The combine, isolate rocker switches for the channels give you a number of possible flash ratios. The dial down gives you fine control over output. Service, which I doubt you will ever need, is great (I had one of my 202VF light units hit the floor, with a prompt reasonably priced repair). I like this unit so much, I later purchased an 805 and a 2403, along with a now discontinued Force 10 moonlight.

A tool that gets the job done. No cutting edgt tech, just basic light output.
