Pretty solid kit. The sound is stellar, but I wish pairing worked a little better. The app pairs separately from the Bluetooth of the phone. Couldn't figure out why noise cancellation wasn't working. Turns out the app was connecting to my second pair of buds even though the Bluetooth was connected correctly.

Great sound, long battery life.

These earphones are on the bigger and heavier side. They don't fit well, even with different earpieces. With the fitment issue, noise control does not work well.  There is a reason why it's sold for much cheaper than it's original price.

Not worth it

This model is a little bit outdated but still has good audio quality, especially noticeable in acoustic string mids and highs. Buttons instead of touch controls has some pluses - fewer accidental presses? Connects pretty reliably but has been buggy once or twice, making me forget and then pair again. The seal with the xl size tips is really good for my ears -- good environment blocking but comfy so that I am sometimes not even sure they are in. Phone call quality is good enough that unless it is really windy callers don't even mention that I sound like I'm using buds.

Still competitive in 2025

I love these headphones these are the best sound I've ever heard out of earbuds. These have better noise cancelling then the lower model. What I really like is how they fit in your ears and how the bass isn't to much like beats. Nice clean clear sound excellent free app for your smartphone with equalizer so you can adjust sound for any app even ones that dont have easy access to it like Spotify. Thanks Yamaha awesome product.

For sound, it met my expectation.

Wow these sound fantastic. They r quick to connect and phone quality is great. I have several other high end earbuds and these are equal to or better. These were on sale for 59$ went back and bought second pair.

These are equal to any $300 earbuds out there and probably better.

Great choice!

These earbuds sound so gooooood, had to return my Jabra Elite 85T because these just sound and feel so much better in my ear. I'm very surprised, but I mean for the price point I expected a great sounding pair of earbuds.. I just wish it is wireless charging compatible as well, but not big deal. Also, noise cancellation isn't the best(like he Airpods Pro) but I prefer hearing a little bit of noise anyway so it's not a deal breaker.The app does what it should do, simple and nothing fancy.

Very happy with this purchase

These headphones are no less than a feat of engineering. 

Let's start eith the design:
From the simplicity of a simple case, emerge 2 sleek, but very comfortable headphones. The case has an included USB C charging port, and 4 LEDs to indicate battery level of the case. The finish is a nice matte black with a small amount of reflective particles embedded into it. 

The sound quality: 
These headphones do not shy away from audio quality. The Yamaha headphones experience app is very easy to use, but doesn't lose its features in the simplicity. Changing the settings can be very effective in finding the sound for you. The highs are nice and crisp, while the lows maintain a strong presence. The mids are very clean which helps keeping the highs and lows in the right mix. 

Battery life:
I used them for hours at work throughout 2 weeks, and only charged them once a week. I would say that case included, they could last 20 to 40 hours on a charge. That could vary based on how often and how long each use is before charging or putting them back in the case. 

Overall, I would recommend no other wireless earphones to friends, family or coworkers.

Amazing, Versatile and Simply Elegant.

I have not had sufficient time to review these, but here are my observations thus far. 

Sound is excellent. 

Unfortunately, these fall out of your ears constantly (Yes, I'm using the correct size.), and randomly stop my music for no apparent reason. NOT OKAY. Also, these wouldn't sync to my laptop. 

Very good at noise canceling, but not completely. I can still hear loud voices and noises which I'd prefer not to hear since these are supposed to help me focus. 

My biggest issue is these constantly falling out and stopping my music. The falling out is precisely what gets me to pull them out for good. I don't have the patience for nonsense. 

I CANNOT recommend these to anyone.

Difficult to review

The sound from these earbuds is excellent however the size of them makes them awkward to use compared to my various samsung earbuds. Both the buds themselves and the case are of a size that makes them uncomfortable to carry.

The mid and upper ranges are dynamic and delivery great sound. They are less bass heavy than my other ear buds but really unlock depth across the sound that is not present with other ear buds. 

Overall sound quality is excellent but the chunkiness of them prevents them from being my daily wear.

Great sound from a chunky body

So, let's just address the elephant in the room. The sound on these are great (after you adjust the EQ) and they seem to hold a charge relatively long at loud volumes. This is great news, right? Except, not really. The sound quality seems... off at lower volumes. It doesn't sound as crisp as having it turned almost all the way up. It takes a noticable nosedive in quality from my perceptable ears. Now, lack of features. Who in the world thinks it's a smart idea to NOT have touch/tap controls built into their wireless earbuds nowadays? Yamaha. Who ALSO decided to assign per ear controls (physical buttons instead of touch/tap) and limit what they do? Yamaha. So, let's say you're like me and you use these earbuds at work. I prefer the right ear bud, right? You can only control volume and move tracks forward and backwards, no pause.

BUT even with these glaring "issues" as they are subjective I think there are great wireless earbuds my only problem is the price point. For this price you can easily get some Sony WF-1000XM4's that sound amazing and have touch controls and are more compact. So you ultimately will be what makes these a valuable purchase or not.

Phenomenal sound but confusing features.

I could not get these to fit my ears in any way. I tried each size of rubber insert, turning them different directions, etc, but nothing worked. I really think these have amazing sound but unfortunately they are not comfortable, don't fit, and constantly fall out of my ears.

Really Great Sound, Didn't Fit My Ears

they sound fine, their sound profile is about what you expect from an earphone, but with the ANC bar set as high as the apple airpods have set it, these just arent even an option.

Good sound, not good NC

Let me tell you I've gone through my fair share of headphones, earbuds and otherwise, but these are absolutely PHENOMENAL. They're the most balanced of any I have EVER owned with all ranges; the battery lasts longer, and it charges so fast! Plus the selection of different sizes of earpieces is wonderful as someone with very narrow ear canals. I just can't get over how great these work! And when they say noise canceling, they're NOT joking. You legit won't hear anything else going on around you!

Best bluetooth earbuds I've ever owned!!

I've been looking for the perfect workout earbuds and I have found them! I've been on the hunt for an ear bud that stays put in my ears while running. And after daily usage at the gym, I've decided that I can end my search. I found them. The sound is crisp. I don't know much about sound and mechanics and fancy smancy tech buzz words.... But these work for me. They work! They stay put. The battery life is good. And I can hear my music. So perfect. Couldn't ask for a better earbud.

Stellar Sound!

I absolutely love these earbuds. I've been on the market for new ones after my old ones stopped working. I love the sound quality! The multiple ear size pieces are also a huge plus to make sure they fit well

Awesome earbuds!!!

Yamaha TW-E7B True Wireless Earbuds have exceeded my expectations. The earbuds are a really good fit, stay in place and they are comfortable, even during exercise. The earbuds are water resistant, which is a must for me. The app is very simple, but it does allow you to customize the sound, use presets and personalize other settings such as pausing music when the earbud is removed from the ear. I find the sound is best when I tweak settings a little. The ANC is quite remarkable and I am elated to experience this on earbuds with such success. The battery life is slightly lower than what I was hoping, but still in an acceptable range for daily use. Overall, I am very satisfied with these earbuds and recommend them to anyone wanting daily buds that are comfortable, provide great noise cancellation and are water resistant.

ANC is great, very comfortable fit

The earbuds were larger than I expected but they fit great. I have multiple piercings and they fit snug and were very comfortable. The sound quality is amazing. I love that I can change the ambient sound settings.

Great quality

When I got these I figured they'd be like almost every other earbud and I wouldn't be able to use them. I have deformed ears and most either cause me pain or they fall out. These came with 6 size options. The smallest size fit me perfectly and didn't cause any discomfort. The sounds were clear and pleasant. My kids lobe them as well and we usually have to go around the house to locate them because if they find them they swipe them. I see more in our future. Highly recommend them!

Whole family loves them!

I absolutely love these headphones. They are comfortable enough to wear all day. Also the battery is amazing and lasts for a long time, before having to recharge them. I also love the pause feature that they have. It will pause your music or video when you take it out of your ear. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

Great headphones

I received these ear buds approximately three weeks after purchasing my first pair of Apple AirPods. I have to say that the Yamaha earbuds blew the Apple AirPods away. I love the ambient sound setting. I primarily wear earbuds when I'm in the gym working out and these do a great job of filtering out all of the noise plus whatever music the gym decides to play that day. I love that they came with multiple sizes because I have very small ears and earbuds tend to fall out of my ears because they're too big. Using the smallest option these are perfect and they stay put while I'm working out. Connecting them is so easy. My only issue was that I could not get them to connect in the app. I tried several times and eventually gave up but they are easy enough to control with the buttons. That's another wonderful thing about these earbuds. They have buttons so you don't have to worry about accidentally turning them off by tapping them. And I could never get the hang of how many times to tap on the earbud to get it to reverse or fast forward or turn on or off so having buttons is a really great feature. Overall I am really pleased with these earbuds and I gave my daughter my apple AirPods.

Better than AirPods!

I love a good set of headphones, and these are my new favorite! I love that these are wireless and noise-cancelling. I wear them everyday when I go for my daily walk. The sound quality is great and I really feel like I'm being immersed in the music I'm listening to. They are comfortable and fit my small ears. I will 100% be buying a pair to give as a gift for Christmas.

Perfect For My Daily Walk

Usually I am not a fan of in-ear earbuds, but these were surprisingly comfortable. The noise cancelling feature works great with bypassing ambient noise and making your audio much clearer.
These are going to be great for travel, commuting, workout sessions, etc. They are a bit on the larger size for earbuds but they will fit snuggly to your ear. 
I would absolutely buy this product. I also love that there is an app that you can download to turn features of the earbuds on and off. 
I will be recommending these earbuds to friends and family that are in the market for new earbuds and/or headphones.

I recently got to sample Yamaha TW-E7B True Wireless Noise-Cancelling Earbuds. These are 100% noise cancelling that is for sure. Even with no sounds playing and just having them in your years you don't hear any outside noise. The earbuds also get really loud. Definitely louder than any other headphone I've had. My only gripe with these is they are quite big in the ears. For someone with a smaller ear they may be hard for them to stay in. All and all these are awesome and I will definitely keep using and recommending.
