• Materials The SilverDome nxt is made with BrimStone silver interior fabric. This heat-resistant material was developed to accept a higher heat light source such as StarLite halogen lamps, tungsten, HMI and other hot lights. The SilverDome nxt can withstand up to 400½ F without burning
• Heat Ratings: small up to 500 watts
• Baffle Clips These ensure that the internal baffle stays attached no matter how many times you open and close the soft box. And the elastic hoops of the baffle that the clips lock into keep the baffle taut and flat.
• Steel-tipped Rods The rods are strong and resilient--able to maintain the taut shape of a soft box, yet flexible enough to angle easily into connectors. All rods on our soft boxes are replaceable
• Suspension Loops At the front corners of the SilverDome nxt there are little loops designed for suspending your domes.
• Back Closure Back closure are designed with Velcro tabs to secure tightly around the light source. This keeps the light from leaking out the back of your soft box,
• Heat Vents With the use of higher wattage lamps comes higher heat emission from your light setup. Because of this, Photoflex was the first company to develop vents for soft boxes. The SilverDome nxt is designed with four vents on each side of the soft box. The goal is to allow heat to dissipate as quickly and easily as posible
• Identifiable Nylon Carry Bag There's now a little extra room in the width of the carry case to allow you to get the SilverDome nxt in and out of it quickly and easily. The opening flap extends a few inches longer to ensure that no stray rods make their way out of the bag.
• Warranty The SilverDome nxt has a six-year warranty against manufacturer's defect. This is up to six times longer than most competitors!
