Great sound and confort

I ordered this a month ago and I'm so happy with my new earphones. LOVE the white color. I've had several Bose products over many years & your quality and ease of using them is still top quality!

LOVE my new white earphones!

I don't like this color blue. They did exchange my old Bose Headphone set for new ones but the old midnight blue was much nicer. And, I although I love my headphones, they are not 100% noise cancelling.

I love Bose overall but not truly noise cancelling

I've only had my headphones for a week and there not to bad. I miss the volume slide with your finger on the right side of the headset but I am getting used to the extra hours of listening with the great battery it has. Altogether I'm really liking them a lot. I will return for more.

These QuiteComfort headphones are the third pair of Bose noise cancellation headphones I have owned over the years. I travel internationally a lot and wanted to get something really small and light, so a couple of years ago I tried the in-ear ones. Unfortunately, although they were superb in both noise cancellation and sound, my ears do not take ear buds, and they kept falling out. That's an issue with all ear buds for me. So I gave those to my wife and now have these over-the-ear QuietComfort headphones. Wonderful! They do an excellent job of shutting out external noise (jet engines), give you the option of the 'aware' mode (Sir, are you ready for your gin and tonic?), are very comfortable, and produce excellent sound. I don't generally use them with my phone so I can't say how they do in that regard. The case is certainly much larger than that for the ear buds, and I do only carry-on. But I make it work because, well, they are Bose! That says it all!

I have had these for about two weeks now. This is my first set of real headphones. My first reaction was they feel very light. Once in my hand they felt very flimsy and I felt like I might break them easily. The set up instructions were easy and the app helped me dial in the sound I was looking for. The sound itself is decent but I'm only basing this off of cheap headphones. The noise cancellation works great indoors - just ask my wife! I have used them at the beach this week and they worked very good with canceling out the wind noise. I have had some random crackling noises while watching YouTube videos but I will keep an eye out for that in the future. Overall I am satisfied for the price I paid. I think there is some room for improvement but overall im satisfied.

Honest first impression

I have been using these headphones for the past two weeks. I am a Bose fan.
However, I am very disappointed in these headphones. While the noise canceling feature is good, I find that the quality sound that Bose is famous for is woefully lacking. They do not measure up to other Bose products that I use, including the Bose Wave and portable Bluetooth speakers.

Sorry, but I am disappointed.

This product is great and affordable with the same quality what a lot of products have with the hefty price tags

That these had better bass then the ultra quiet comfort sooooo happy with my purchase so comfortable and love the eq settings are adjustable BOSE has me for life!!

Every day I learn something new i can do with my headphones. The cable connection makes my music sound excellent. I plan to upgrade to the ultra for the spacial sound.

Bose customer for life. 40+ years

If only I had bought these much earlier, I would be able to have more audio freedom during long MS Teams meetings. So nice to drown out the noise around me so I can listen and concentrate on what is being said as well as being able to walk around.
The quality of the audio is second to none and I once again love my music.
The best part of the Bose headphones is connecting to multiple devices at the same time.
