TR150: Purchased Dec 2022; Died Dec 2024. Power just died one day. Does nothing when plugged in. It WAS a great printer. I don't do large volumes but printed fast and consistently when needed. Has only 2 cartridges which makes it more economical. Did not use a lot of ink either, not like HP. Too bad it had such a short life. Should not be like that. Called Canon. Should have backed up their product. Maybe give a better deal to buy another one? Basically offered $15 off. Not making loyal customers.

Bought the printer 3 years ago for usage on appointments for contracts, was not a full time printing resource, maybe 15-20 pages a week, if that. Printer stopped printing clearl last week, almost 3 years to the day from purchasing it. All signs are pointing to a bad printer head, which is not a replaceable part for purchase, only if under warranty or under the extended warranty plan. A bit of a scambony if you ask me.

Going into my third year. This printer is great and continues to perform well without any issues. It may not have the fancy features of other larger siblings but this does what I need it for. Love it.

Well, I've been through three - you'd think I'd learn. Do not buy this product w/o some kind of extended warranty because it is going to break down. It grabs the ejected sheet of paper, pulls it back into the printer and causes major jam. However, more irritating is the fact that each one of mine ended up printing, to trying to print jobs but the sheets paper are grabbed crooked on the way in . There is no fixing it. Just buy a new printer different brand. I bought three cause I love the size and the fact easy to pack for travel but not worth the aggravation. Canon customer service - you'd have a better chance of talking with the man-in-the-moon

Once installed the driver under 'wireless connection', I could not print with USB connection anymore, even though I re-installed the driver under 'direct connection.'

This is the BEST printer if you want something small and portable. Super easy to use tho I wish it were just a little bit easier to connect to a different Wifi. (Still, it's not that hard tho). Get this. Highly recommended.

I've had this product for about two years and I am quite happy with it. It is easy to install and works very well for my purposes. I love that I can just print from my phone too. I had to re-connect to a different wifi two years later, no need for computer softwares, just did it from the device. Compact and does not take up too much space.

I wanted to like this printer. It's low profile and general simplicity appealed and the print quality was great to start with. But after a year or so, the print quality went way down. Finally, it was printing only in B&W, no color. And then the black & white printing stopped, too. It was as if the ink jets were clogged. Won't buy again because I do not think I print enough to keep it working.

Worked great out of the box. I used the wireless feature the first time. The 2nd time, the wireless connection did not register so I used the USB cable to print. Today I spent 4 hours trying to connect via wireless and USB. I was able to print 1 page and nothing after that. I had thrown the box away so there is no option for refund and there is a 2 hour wait to speak with a technician. Meanwhile I have a deadline. I wish I would've bought another printer. Never had issues like this. The price tags makes it sting more.

I discovered the printer I ordered is on backorder. Canon never notified me of this. I only discovered it after the printer never showed up and I called the automated line. The company cannot give me any timeframe whatsoever how long it will take before the printer is back in stock. They have absolutely no idea. I did a lot of research before purchasing and really want this printer but don't know how long I'm expected to wait. Currently I am going on 1.5 months.

After just over a year the printer began making a grinding noise and will no longer print. After a Google search, it seems this is a common issue. I have not had the chance to contact Cannon via phone, which is what their chat support told me I would need to do.

Printer was working fine but then stopped printing from the internet. It will print a local document (Word, Excel, etc. Canon tech cannot figure out what is wrong. We have done every diagnostic imaginable.

I was looking for a compact printer to use at home to print shipping labels and other documents, and this printer definitely fit my needs. The print quality seems decent and the printer works consistently as expected (no issues with the printer disconnecting from the network or devices unable to connect after setup). I didn't run into any problems with the setup following the online instructions, but connecting the printer to my home wi-fi network and getting the drivers/apps installed for each device that needed access to the printer was kind of tedious, hence the 4 stars. Overall, it seems like a reliable printer and I love the overall footprint since I am trying to save space.

The design makes me happy. The menu system in the touch screen is wonderful. Thank you for the compact size. I use it for my eBay shipping labels and PDF printed data receipts. I like to recommend Canon update the menu system to be easier to select WiFi configurations.

A real gem to travel with. Easily stored. Works directly with a Mac. The only downside is that if you need to print out a LOT of stuff, you will be upset at how fast the ink disappears but ... you can’t beat its portability.
