This 24mm lens offers a wide angle of view on full-frame cameras and a narrower angle on smaller formats, providing versatility for various shooting scenarios.The lens is equipped with dual-sided focus scales marked in feet and dual-sided iris scales. Its 11-bladed iris creates a rounded aperture, resulting in natural-looking highlights and beautiful bokeh. This manual focus and iris lens does not support auto focus or auto iris, offering you full control over your shots.The XEEN 24mm T1.5 Pro Cine Lens features cinema-style focus and iris gears that are consistently positioned across the XEEN series. This uniformity, along with the common 114mm front diameter, facilitates quick lens changes when using a matte box and focus accessories. The focus ring rotates 200 degrees from close focus to infinity, providing high precision when adjusting focus.Constructed with durable metal, this lens is built to withstand the rigors of daily production. It also includes a support that can alleviate strain on your camera's lens port. The lens features dual right and left side focus and T-stop scales, allowing your focus puller to work from either side without having to flip the lens or deal with upside-down numerals.The XEEN series lenses share common focus and iris gear ring positions, which expedite lens changes as accessories like follow focus units or iris motors don't need re-positioning. The non-rotating front allows for the use of optional clip-on matte boxes, and the "clickless" aperture ring ensures smooth iris pulls.
