I have use it mostly for interview recordings, It is the second body pack combined with UwMic9 Mic System. I had no problem syncing it with the receiver I already had with the system. It worked perfectly with the system and sound quality was great. I chose Saramonic because of the bang for the buck and I must say I am completely satisfied. The only audio recording system I can compare it to personally is the Zoom H6 and it is just as good as far as sound quality to my ear. I also use it in tandome with the Zoom so I can have subjects miced and have better control of the ambient sound from the audiance and they work great together. They are solidly built, I love the range for reception as well. Great product.

Being affordably priced compared to the senns and sonys I bought the 1TX 1RX kit to try out. I liked its sound quality and the lav that came with it sounded as good as the Rode Lavs I have. I then bought this 1TX unit to complete my dual channel set up.The build quality is good, the only part that's flimsy is the battery holder, but being inside the well built case most of the time its not a problem. I like that you can replace the lav with another brand, but the original ones sound good. To increase battery life I set the TX power to low and it gave me slightly passed 5 hours. Even at low setting I tested in my backyard walking to 55ft away from RX and it still sounded good with no drop outs. It will probably still work ok if I went back farther. My quirk for the TX is that you cannot set volume or input levels, you can only do this on the RX. The RX can set independent Volume for each channel. Another quirk I don't like is the battery indicator on the TX. It is practically useless as it does not show any changes in battery level. It shows always full then it dies when there's no more battery power. The RX battery level works somehow. Showing Full then after more than 4 hours it shows half then 15min before it dies it flashes red. Other than these quirks I am satisfied with these units.
