“We’re thrilled to share some exciting news with you today! Atomos Cloud Studio (ACS) is now available. ACS is a powerful suite of cloud-based video production services that creatives can subscribe to for free. With its comprehensive set of features and intuitive interface, ACS is an affordable solution for video creators of all levels.

The ACS suite comprises Atomos Capture to Cloud, Atomos Stream and Atomos Live Production (Beta) and will really boost sales of ATOMOS CONNECT for Ninja V and Ninja V+, and Shogun CONNECT. With the latest firmware update (AtomOS 10.90), ACS is now available on Atomos CONNECT for Ninja V and Ninja V+, as well as Shogun CONNECT and Zato CONNECT*.

*Please note that Zato CONNECT supports Atomos Capture to Cloud and Atomos Stream only.

All subscription plans come with Atomos’ unique progressive file transfer technology, which allows users to upload C2C clips to Frame.io while they are still recording.

• Atomos Capture to Cloud: provides an easy way to upload and share video content from cameras to the cloud. Users can upload 720P proxy files for free, and then upgrade to 1080P proxy files for a low monthly fee (paid plans starting at just $/€5 per month) to customize the proxy quality from 720p to 1080p based on their needs and available upload speed. This makes it easy to share video content with remote team members, collaborate on projects, and streamline the production process. By using Atomos Capture to Cloud, users can save time, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Atomos Stream: makes it easy to share live video content to popular online platforms, such as YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch. Users can choose to work with a variety of cameras, including high-end digital cinema cameras or more affordable mirrorless or DSLR cameras. With Atomos Stream, users can configure the stream settings quickly and securely using the ACS web interface. This makes it easy for anyone to share live video content with their audience, regardless of their technical experience.
• Atomos Live Production (Beta): enables video content producers to take their li*ve productions to the next level.* This suite of services provides innovative solutions for live video production, including multi-camera switching, live streaming, and recording. By using Atomos Live Production, users can create professional-quality live productions that are engaging, informative, and visually stunning. The device features Wi-Fi 5 and Gigabit Ethernet (via USB-C) to ensure maximum network compatibility.

Beyond streaming and cloud connectivity, ZATO CONNECT can be used to enhance web conferencing, via the addition of overlay graphics. The device will also convert HDMI sources to webcam signals, so they can be used with Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Slack, Skype, Discord, Zoom, and other conferencing software. AtomOS Lite software contains all the essential tools and makes the ZATO CONNECT extremely easy to setup and operate.

Comprehensive I/O

Featuring input and output ports for both HDMI and USB UVC, the device can transform the output from a wide array of video equipment into a livestream or webcam source. The 3.5mm audio jack can also be used to add microphone or line sources and the ZATO CONNECT can be used to mix them with embedded audio from HDMI or USB UVC.

Go Live or As Live!
Each livestream can be recorded as local H.264 backup to an SD card. With the ability to combine recorded sources with live content, it's possible to take one of these recordings and stream the content "as live" with ZATO CONNECT. This opens lots of creative opportunities and adds value to any stream or video presentation.

Get your Audio in the Mix
ZATO CONNECT includes an audio mixer, which can be used to adjust and combine audio signals from the 3.5mm analog input with the embedded audio from HDMI and USB UVC sources. Each channel can be adjusted independently and mixed down to a single stereo track for a livestream, recording, or video presentation.
