The Panasonic 70-200mm f/2.8 LUMIX S Pro O.I.S. L-Mount Lens is an ideal lens for covering events and shooting portraits. This telephoto zoom is compatible with full-frame L-mount mirrorless cameras as well as APS-C models wherein it can provide a 105-300mm equivalent focal length range. It features a bright f/2.8 maximum aperture for maintaining consistent illumination throughout the zoom range, allowing for greater control over depth of field. The lens has one aspherical element for minimizing distortions and spherical aberrations, while its two ultra extra-low dispersion elements and two extra-low dispersion elements reduce chromatic aberrations and color fringing. The lens utilizes a double focus system that has both a linear motor and a stepping motor for quick, but quiet and precise autofocusing. Its focus system suppresses focus breathing and has a focus clutch mechanism for seamless AF/MF switching. The lens also has an Optical Image Stabilizer for minimizing the appearance of camera shake. The Lumix S Pro telephoto lens supports both Dual I.S. and Dual I.S. 2.0 functions and is compatible with DMW-STC14 and DMW-STC20 teleconverters.

The LUMIX S PRO 70-200mm F2.8 O.I.S. (S-E70200) is a large-aperture telephoto zoom lens that boasts high descriptive performance across the entire zoom range. It is designed and developed for professional field photography. Astigmatism is corrected with an aspherical lens, achieving high resolving performance.
Covering from 70mm to 200mm by itself, the use of a LUMIX Teleconverter allows maximum 280mm (1.4x, with DMW-STC14) and 400mm (2x, with DMW-STC20) super telephoto shooting, with maximum 480 fps focus control for high-speed, high-precision auto focus. The O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilizer) in the lens complies with LUMIX camera Body I.S. and the 5-Axis Dual I.S. 2 makes it possible to use a 7-stop slower shutter speed.
