Excellent Vlog/Camera Light That Works
Great Vlog/Photo Light that brightens the object very well. To enhance visual appearance of your video buy a filter that fits the photo light to diffuse harsh light.
Sold at Adorama, it comes two in box, one for daylight and the other for a sunset effect for about $25.00 or less.

Good for the price point!
Good for the price point! Strong light so definitely get the diffusers for it. Easy to set up and nice that it comes with a padded case. As a few others mentioned, the case foam is a little tight but that's easy enough to fix. Highly recommend.

Good tool for the money.
Great strong light but it could use a layer of diffusion because the uncovered led’s are intense. It is dimmable which is a plus.
It makes some noise but I don’t mind because I’m recording sound with a lav mic.
It gets warm but not hot and is still a great alternative to a tungsten light. I don’t love the catch light so I’m using it as at an angle to make it resemble a beauty dish.

Very nice first ring light
This is an affordable and highly useful ring light! The tripod it comes with is reasonably sturdy, and so far it has been fairly straightforward to use.

Flashpoint 19" LED Ring Light
This product features a very nice price, but unfortunately, this product's features does not perform as advertised. Most notably, the dimmer control is effectively an on and off switch. It does not dim at all!!! Also, this unit came bare with no filter plates as those apparently must be ordered separately. I will reorder a different make and model.

Seeing spots
First, I like the quality of light provided. I like that the light is adjustable and that the ring is flat and easy to place along side of a wall. The problem I had with this light ring is that I could not look into it and record without seeing tiny lighted spots everywhere. So I do not mount my phone in it, but use it as an additional light in the room and mount my phone on a separate stand. If you are planning to use it for lighting a video in which you are looking at the camera and the camera is mounted inside the light ring, it will cause you to see spots.

Exactly what I was looking for!
The ring light was exactly what I was looking for. It is simple to use, dimmable and light weight so easy to transport. Really great value for money. Also, the customer service I received from Adorama was fantastic - the sales associate helped me find a compatible stand and it was all ready to collect super fast! Would 100% recommend the product and service.

The ring light and attachments came on time and are well constucted and work very well.
Unfortunately the tripod which was supposed to be part of this kit has been sent to me, I continue to wait.

Very good purchase
The stand, cell phone holder, filters, and ring light work well.
My major issue was that the instructions to set up the contraption were not clear. I set it up, it and I sure it’s correct, no. It gets the job done, but I’m pretty sure I didn’t do it 100%. Yes, I can read...but the instructions are not too clear. There are no YouTube videos on setting it up either.
Would I buy it again? Sure.
Would I recommend it? Sure.

Faulty power cord
When it works is a great addition to the studio, BUT the power cord is faulty!!! It goes in and out.. The power settings have great range so no problem shooting on lower ISOs… Creates a great look. Only thing wrong is the faulty power cord.

Good, very basic light ring.
Good basic light ring. As with others it attaches to a light stand, so if you're planning on using a tripod that you might already have you'll need an adapter. First one I ordered was through Target (fulfilled by Adorama) and it never worked. Return through Target was easy and I reordered directly through Adorama.
The plastic housing feels a bit cheap but not so much that you're afraid of breaking it. The brightness adjustment is not as even as I had hoped, it jumps from nothing to a certain brightness so you can't just have a little bit of light.
At 13" it's not quite big enough to easily mount a cell phone in the center (for which you not only need a phone holder but also a hot shoe adapter) but it worked, it's just a big crammed.
The light is very harsh, I recommend the white/orange diffusers as an additional purchase, very much worth it. They just snap on and also protect the LEDs.
The plug into the power brick is VERY tight almost to the point where I thought something was wrong.
Recap: cheap, works, don't expect it to be too fancy.

I just purchased this light with the kit. I think it's a great value. The light is VERY bright and I had no trouble dimming mine. The stand is very sturdy and both come with great bags for storage. I'd recommend it highly to anyone who needs to shoot themselves at home and doesn't want to spend the $$ or the space on a larger 3-point setup.

Flashpoint 19" Ring Light Kit
I have only been using the Flashpoint Ring Light for about a week and it is performing as expected. One point of contention with me was that the instructions noted that the unit, when in operation, must only be used at full status output (100%) for over 100 hours and after that the dimmer can be rotated to different levels. The life of the lamp tube is in jeopardy. Please note that this information was not in the packaging and I only became aware after downloading the instructions. Also the instructions in the photos packaged with the light were very hard to read and not consistence with the instructions I downloaded. Specifically this was the "attaching of the mini ball head" into the center shoe mount.

Beautifully even light.
I've used this for people, food and assorted odd objects. And odd people. It nicely compliments a set of softboxes as a portrait setup or for talking-head video. I also know of a hair salon that keeps this same light set up constantly for their professional use. It's been in and out of its case many times and both the light and case are still in great shape. It does need the diffusion panels, though. That's the one drawback with the case -- the click-on panels have to be assembled and disassembled every time.
