The MoveMic 88+ gives creators complete freedom to capture professional-quality audio wirelessly. From filmmaking to field recording, mobile journalism to videography, this wireless video microphone comes equipped with four selectable polar patterns and powerful onboard DSP for great sound in any situation. Connect directly to your smartphone via the free Shure MOTIV apps for video and audio. Or link easily to cameras, computers and third-party mobile apps using the MoveMic Receiver.
Four polar patterns in your pocket
The pocket-sized MoveMic 88+ lets you quickly configure the way your microphone captures audio by choosing one of four polar patterns: adjustable stereo (from 60° to 135°), mono cardioid, mono bi-directional (figure 8) or raw mid-side. Simply set it up within the MOTIV Video or Audio apps, or via the MoveMic Receiver, and you’re good to go.
Dial in your perfect sound
The MoveMic 88+ is packed with intelligent digital signal processing (DSP) software that allows you to adjust gain, compression, EQ, high-pass filter, L/R channel swap, and brand-new noise reduction settings. An always-enabled limiter will prevent loud sounds from clipping or distorting your audio and five presets (speech, singing, flat, acoustic, loud) make it easy to get recording fast.
Connect directly to smartphones
The MoveMic family of products from Shure lets you record high-quality audio directly to your smartphone. Simply pair the MoveMic 88+ with the MOTIV Video or MOTIV Audio app and start recording professional sound and images immediately.
Camera and computer compatibility
The MoveMic 88+ Receiver Kit gives you additional compatibility to cameras, Mac and PC computers and third-party iOS and Android apps. Connect to your devices using the included USB-C and 3.5mm cables or pick up a USB-C to Lightning cable if your Apple device requires one. Already have a microphone? The MoveMic Receiver is also available separately.
Impressive 8-hour battery life
MoveMic 88+ has up to eight hours of battery life on a full charge, meaning you can hit the road for a full day recording without worrying about running out of power. You’ll probably need a break before your mic does!
Convenient 100-foot range
Get the most out of going wireless with up to 100 feet (30 meters) of range. Just remember: MoveMic 88+ works best with an unobstructed line of sight.
Built-in headphone monitoring
Connect your headphones to the 3.5mm output to monitor your audio prior to recording to ensure you’re capturing perfect audio. Simply adjust your monitor level (volume) via the MOTIV apps or MoveMic Receiver to hear every detail.
