This was my first experience with Tower speakers and I honestly didnt know what to expect except an awesome experience. From that perspective, I'm pleased. From sound quality perspective, I learned reading articles and experienced myself that Klipsch is top-class. Thanks to regular deals, its quite affordable as well.

I purchased my Klipsch R-620F speakers as I wanted a premium set of speakers to upgrade my listening experience. I am very pleased with that clarity and upgraded sound presence.

Fast shipping and packaged well. The sound is very good for the standard home theater. Running with no amp without a problem.

These speakers look and sound superior to the ones they replaced. I am glad I got them. I also purchased the Klipsch R-52C center channel speaker as well and love it. I think they all compliment my sub woofer that I have. If you are looking for great sound you can't go wrong with KLIPSCH. They are sounding great and hope they will get even better as they get broke in and played as others have said happens.

the left speakers tweeter always has a crackling distortion sound during bass events. The bass is turned down and connections are tight. Threw away the box before noticing. I don't listen to speakers loud but this is noticeable at low levels. not too sure if high level volume would re create the issue.

Nice sounding speakers; clean, tight, fast, smooth, musical. Klipsch lived up to it's 4 principles, including a flat frequency response. I've had trouble in the past with brightness, as other people do, and was blaming my cds. Not so. These speakers proved my suspicion: you need speakers with a flat frequency response. Placement: mine are at least 15" from the rear wall, about 7.5" apart, a slight toe in. Good enough for critical listening as well. 5 star

Good speakers, but the screws that attach the feet are junk. Two screws broke off while I was screwing them in, and I still had a quarter inch to go (so it's impossible that I was overtightening them). One broke flush with the speaker bottom, so I had to relocate the foot in a few inches from the edge and drill new holes and use my own screws. The relocation doesn't look right, but there was no other choice. All because Klipsch didn't spend a few cents more for stronger screws. Makes me wonder what internal components they might have skimped on too. I lost faith, probably won't buy Klipsch again.

I like the sound from my new speakers. The reason for the three star review, I broke a screw off putting the feet on because the hole drilled in the speaker was not deep enough and I hate supporting China's economy.

I owned some Cerwin Vega sound monitors and the were awesome. I kept them for about 25-30 years because I couldn't find anything to put perform them as far sound. IMO. I always like Klipsch and the quality of their speakers. I remember their sound monitor when I bought the Vegas and did sound better but for the price the CV's won out. 30 some years later I wanted to upgrade because my wife was bugging to get rid of those monster speakers and my choice was Klipsch. R620f didn't disappoint. They are awesome tight bass, extreme clarity wow, should have switched long time ago. Oh they are about 1/3 of the size of the Cerwin Vegas but the sound they produce is awesome..

At first I was a little skeptical about these speakers. Tried them out first through my Old school Kenwood system with my Infinity Reference Four speakers and WOW!!! Talk shaking the house and the Clarity and crisp sounds that was produced. Still can't stop smiling thanks for helping me remember what real music sounds like.

Speakers sound great. But you have screw legs by yourself. Manual reads do not overtight screws. Supplied screws are too long for predrilled holes. You can not secure legs without risk of breaking screws. I broke one out of eight when there was at least 1/16 gap between leg and speaker box. There are four predrilled holes for each leg for proper placement and you cannot just move leg quarter inch sideways. So I had to extract broken screw, put wooden dowel to close extraction hole and use smaller screws to attach legs safely. My advice discard supplied screws and use smaller ones

Purchased at a great price point for my home stereo to complement JBL bookshelf speakers. I have an extensive vinyl record collection and needed a bigger sound in a larger room of my house thus the acquisition of these beautiful R-620f speakers. I expected more bass as an avid jazz/R & B listener which is why I gave it 4 stars. The sound combined with the the JBL's covers the frequencies needed to make for great music. I purchased the Klipsch subwoofer for that rich deep bass sound that James Brown is known for (Bootsy Collins funk). VERY HAPPY with this purchase. BUT, I must say the feet provided will need minor widening of the pilot holes to properly seat the screws thus the plastic feet to the base of the speaker. Otherwise, you will break the cheap screws & have to extract them buy some at your hardware store to properly seat the feet to your speakers. Again, why the 4 of 5 stars.

I bought a pair of these as a front main upgrade to my R-610Fs and moved the 610s to surround about a year ago. I have just upgraded to the R-800Fs for fronts, moved these to surround and now the 610s are rear surround with an R-52C and a pair of R-12SWs powered by an Onkyo TX-NR6050... AWESOME! I still think the 610s are the best bang for the buck though. They were my first Klipsch floor Standers and these don't have a whole lot on them. The 800s are a different story but also a different price range... Overall I still love these 620s though. I would buy them again and I do recommend them if you're looking for good sound that won't break the bank, especially if you can snag a pair on sale. I got mine for $249 ea. and am happy. I've seen them for less lately but that's probably because the newer R-600Fs are out. I'm not about to get rid of these anytime soon. They're here for awhile as my system is now right where I want it.

Superb range at low and high volumes. Stand alone audio or w addition of a subwoofer (at low volume to augment the audio). I listen to jazz, classical at low/mod volumes.

Paired with a very small tube amp for a bedroom sound system. Couldn't be more pleased. No subwoofer needed to me.

I saw a few reviews complaining about the speak feet, at first I was not too worried when I saw the pieces. They appeared fine to me, plastic foot is not an issue. But when I started to attach them to the speaker bodies, I realized there were a few flaws that really should not happen to a reputable product. First, there is no correct instructions on how to install those pieces, the manual that comes with the speaker is for some other type. There is a separate small piece of paper showing a tiny sketch that missed an important detail, as explained in the next point. Secondly, the two pieces of the stand look exactly the same except that they have different spaces of two tiny pop-ups that need to go to the pre-drilled holes. If you don't pay attention and swap them, it will still attach to the speaker body but won't fit closely. I don't see any reason to intentionally create such distinctions, and if it does, it should be stated in the instruction clearly. And the last is the worst part. Some reviewers said the screws are weak, I think the problem is the screw is too long, so it becomes hard to screw into the body deep enough to hold the piece snug, so when I hand tightened the screw, before it completely drives in to hold the feet tight, it broke. These engineering and design flaws are more common from an amateur manufacture. No review on the sound quality since I am still waiting for the word on how to replace the broken speaker so could not hook up the speaker and listen to it.

The R-620F Floorstanding Speaker's cabinet is constructed from reinforced MDF, reducing cabinet vibration for less audible coloration and improved sonic accuracy. This durable design ensures that you'll enjoy the ultimate listening experience that's built to last.
