Don't buy. Get a different monitor.

I really don't recommend this monitor. You don't really notice the full 180hz because the VA panel can't really handle the refresh rate that well (you get that ghosting effect when dark colors move, it basically looks like motion blur), also the monitor seems to have automatic brightness enabled that CAN'T BE TURNED OFF. So if I use dark mode / am in a dark area in a game the monitor reduces the backlight a lot and it gets even darker. Why can't I turn that off?? Would have been so easy to program an option in the settings, literally no reason not to... Would return it if I could, unfortunately it's too late and I bought it somewhere else. Really annoying, better buy a monitor with a different panel and without the automatic brightness reduction.

I bought this monitor to connect to my ASUS ROG Ally handheld gaming computer. And it displayed a beautiful picture. I am extremely impressed with this monitor, in every way. I especially am enjoying the curved screen and edge to edge display. Thank you LG!
