Worth the money!
Outstanding addition to my lens. This ring mount, although pricey, is worth it. Keeps the lens so stable on the tripod. Its well made and makes it so much easier to use this lens, especially over a long period of time.

Quality Tripod Mount Ring
The Tamron Tripod Mount Ring for the 100-400 lens is top quality and gives me piece of mind my lens will not slip or move.
I started out with a cheap knockoff brand that slipped when mounted on my tripod. Should have just saved money in the long run and went with this one.

Required accessory!
Perfect fit for my 100-400mm lens. The tensioning screw works very well, doesn't take a great amount of torque to solidify the lens. Also, the Arca Swiss connection on the foot is a great addition.

100-400 Tamron Lens Mount
Works just fine although after having it I realize I don't use it as much as I thought I would. It makes the 100-400mm enough heavier that I often take it off as the stabilization of the lens works so well.
