I'm using this to fly a 320m flashpoint monolight and glow beauty dish over a model. The rig is rock solid and stable with the addition of a pair of sandbags. The avenger worked so well i ordered a second c stand within one week of getting this one. These things are worth the coin over a cheap chinese lightstand.
