Other Bose devices
The quality of sound that I'm use to get from my other Bose devices is a bit of a disappointment. Still good sound.

Be prepaid for headache and heartache.
I bought these and never got them to finish a song without cutting out. The tech at Bose would not help me unless I texted a copy of my invoice ( I bought them directly from Bose) and my order number wasn't good enough? After hearing the reasons they wouldn't help I asked for a return label. When the label didn't arrive I called again, this time I was promised a replacement pair. Two days later, when I hadn't got confirmation for the shipment I texted and was told there was no return authorized and I needed to send photos of my headphones. I finally got through to someone who sent me the return label so I hope Bose credits my purchase BUT I have my doubts. I can only say that my headphones were excellent until they shut off in the middle of a song. Bose was more interested in proving I hadn't stolen the headphones then helping me fix the, and their service team was downright rude at times, did not do what they said they were going to do and had no interest in assisting ?I just wanted the headphones to work which appears beyond Bose's abilities.

Good headphones
These headphones sound amazing... I've only had them for 2 weeks, totally worth it! The only thing I can say is after an hour or two, they do get hot around your ears, but other than that, I love them.

Great sound but frequently breaking down
This is the third Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphone that I have used over the past six months. It is commendable that the company replaced them under warranty, but I am not entirely satisfied with their reliability, despite the excellent sound quality.

Great product
I want to thank Bose for making such an amazing product my fiance had the first Gen quiet comfort headphones and I loved his So I went with the Gen 2. Im disabled and mainly use my right arm so everything works perfectly for me.

Why did I wait so long?!
Best decision I ever made! Absolute peace arrives the moment I put them on while traveling on planes, trains, subway, noisy crowded places. Sometimes I listen to music, podcasts, books (the audio is mind blowing!) but sometimes just use them to cancel noise around me. So, so happy??

Awesome quality and sound product
After doing some research, I ended up with the quiet Ultra comfort headphones. The sound on these things is just amazing. The ability to change among the different mods and make various changes to the sound liking is what made me decide on this model in particular. The quality of this product coupled with Bose excellent customer service and warranty policy sets Bose apart from other products. I actually bought two additional quiet comfort sets as Christmas gifts. Highly recommended!

Quality of sound
Purchased recently and am over joyed. I play music from my iPhone and after syncing to this product the quality of sound from music is 100 % better.

Highs can be certainly be more crisp.
The highs could be more crisp, succinct and clear. My Apple Wired EarPods (several years old) have very crisp levels of highs than my new Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones. That's a bit surprising.

Stylish, but ANC struggles with motion
I love the sleek design and how comfortable these headphones are - even when wearing glasses, they feel great for long sessions. The sound quality is decent, though nothing particularly outstanding for the price.
However, I've had issues with the ANC performance during commutes on the bus. There's a popping and trembling noise whenever there are outside vibrations, which becomes really distracting. If you wear glasses and the fit isn't completely sealed, the problem gets worse - you can even hear loud crackling noises that overpower the music.
Overall, these are great for stationary use at home or in quiet environments, but not ideal for commuting or any situation with movement or vibration.

Best in class
I've been using the Bose QuietComfort Ultra for about a month now, and I'm really impressed. The sound quality is rich and clear, and the noise cancellation is excellent - perfect for travel and daily use. Super comfortable to wear for long hours and totally worth the price!

Great features and sound!
I always loved the Bose sound from their speaker products. Therefore, trying the headphones was easy. The ultra headphones with immersion takes the hearing experience to a new level. Especially, the pause upon removing from my head. Furthermore, to connect with a second device makes it easy to use the headphones at work as well. I have hearing loss in one ear but the Bose experience neutralizes that deficit.

Superior Tech
I've had my new Bose headphones for 3 weeks and I love them! I replaced my old pair, which have nothing wrong with them other than wear and tear from years of use. These new ones are supremely comfortable, clear, and designed to maximize efficiency.

I find that all the functions work as designed
As of now I am very happy with my Bose headphones. I have been using them for about a month now find them quite satisfactory.

If you're second guessing, JUST BUY THEM!
Honestly so worth it! I work in a loud office, and these have helped soooooo much with having a quiet work environment. The sound quality is incredible, and the noise canceling is amazing. Glad I got these on sale! I got deep plum and they're beautiful!

Fabulous BUT
Bought these a couple of weeks back and by far have been the best headphones I've ever had (only ever really been able to get budget headphones). The sound quality is wonderful, the app lets you adjust levels easily to provide a custom listening experience, there's no distortion. HOWEVER. the slightest movement like running, or especially commuting I'm unable to listen to my music without distortion throughout the entirety of the trip. The slightest bump or movement on the bus, the headphones fuzz or distort no matter what setting you have it on, be it aware, immersive or otherwise. They're excellent for relaxed listening. Don't thinking a long haul bus trip will be smooth sailing.

Awesome Comfort

Noise cancelling is so great I could immediately transport to a quieter space when in a busy airport / plane.
Sound quality is great that I am looking forward to putting them on in my commute. Highly recommend it

Fantastic sound
Has its signature sound and quality is premium. Probably best looking headphones in the market with excellent build quality. It has got the sub-bass which new dimension to listening experience.
