Good Build, Good fit for the camera but doesn't come withe a clear filter inside, that's an additional purchase. A bit on the expensive side. Wish it had a control ring, that's a big disappointment.

Pricey but necessary if you bought the adapter with the VND or CPL filters. It’s a requirement if you have a ton of EF glass and an R series body. The quality is good, as one would expect from Canon. I just wish they wouldn’t charge a premium for it.

Only 3 stars because of high price( you could buy a separate basic filterless adapter for less $$ I think it is a poor design that the filter adapter doesn't have the option to be used with no filter inserted. You need to have one of 3 filters (NP, Clear or Polarizer) inserted, otherwise there is a gaping hole in the side of the adapter which allows light to flood the mirrorless sensor. That being said, having the clear filter is a must if you are going to use the NP or Polarized Eos R filter adapter. Would be nice if the adapter was designed to use no filter and be able to close the section where you drop in th NP or Polarizer filter unfortunately the adapter is rendered useless with out having one of the three filter. The clear filter works fins, although I have noticed some light reflecting on the filter during some sunset shoots that add a flare of light , I would normally not use any clear filter on sunsets due to this flare issue, but this system does not allow removing with out inserting one of the filters .

You need to include a small, lint-free carrying pouch for this filter set. Very awkward storing the other filter (ND when shooting on the run. Small enough to slip in a pocket.

Love it, it allows me to change lenses on my RP and no worries that dust will get to the sensor , how ever i wish it came with a better caring case , the case that came with it is to big , and fragile
