Razor sharp views of the cosmos

Outstanding sharpness, thanks to the ED and multi-coated lenses. First time using it Orion nebula and trapezium were crystal clear. No chromatic aberration viewing the moon or jupiter the first few times. Being an eyeglass wearer, the eye relief is sufficient for comfortable viewing. I had the non-ED non-pro model 20 X80, and if you budget allows upgrading to this model you will see the immediate difference. You definitely need a solid tripod for these binoculars.

Are you an avid stargazer or a long-distance observer seeking unparalleled clarity and performance The Celestron 20x80mm SkyMaster Pro ED Porro Binoculars are engineered to elevate your viewing experience to celestial heights. These binoculars are not just tools but gateways to the wonders of the night sky and distant horizons.

The SkyMaster Pro ED series harnesses the power of Extra-Low Dispersion (ED) glass to virtually eliminate chromatic aberration, commonly known as color fringing. This advanced optical feature ensures that you enjoy edge-to-edge sharpness with exceptional color correction and razor-sharp images, transforming your observations into vivid and immersive experiences.

Celestron's proprietary XLT coating technology is applied to all lens surfaces, enhancing the fully multi-coated optics to reduce reflectivity and maximize light transmission across a broad spectrum of visible light. Coupled with high-quality BaK-4 prisms, these binoculars deliver a brighter, more detailed view, making them perfect for low-light conditions such as dusk or dawn observations.

The robust 80mm objective lenses are not just large; they are a portal to the stars, offering substantial light-gathering capabilities that are ideal for exploring the Moon, planets, and deep-sky objects. Whether you're scanning the skies or observing wildlife at a distance, these binoculars provide a 3.4-degree angle of view that brings the universe to your eyes.

Durability meets comfort with the SkyMaster Pro ED's custom-designed rubber armor and sturdy chassis, providing protection against the elements without adding unnecessary weight. Eyeglass wearers will appreciate the retractable eyecups and generous eye relief, ensuring a full field of view without the need to remove their glasses. Non-eyeglass wearers can also achieve the perfect eye position for optimal viewing comfort.

For those who prefer a stable viewing platform, the SkyMaster Pro ED binoculars are tripod-adaptable, featuring a built-in tripod adapter on the balance compensation rail. This allows for effortless mounting on any standard photographic tripod or monopod, facilitating extended sessions of stargazing or digiscoping.

Enhance your observations further by utilizing the eyepieces' threading, which accepts standard 1.25" astronomical eyepiece filters. Whether you're reducing glare in bright environments or increasing contrast for celestial viewing, the right filter can transform your experience. Remember to equip a pair of filters for balanced viewing.

Capture and share your astronomical or terrestrial discoveries by pairing your SkyMaster Pro ED binoculars with a smartphone adapter. This allows you to take stunning images and videos through the eyepiece, immortalizing your observations for posterity.

Please note the solar warning: Never observe the Sun directly or use these binoculars to project its image, as this can cause permanent eye damage or damage to the binoculars. Always supervise the use of these binoculars, especially around children, and ensure that an informed adult is present.

The Celestron 20x80mm SkyMaster Pro ED Porro Binoculars are not just a viewing accessory; they are an essential companion for anyone passionate about astronomy or long-distance observation, delivering professional-grade optics and performance in a user-friendly package.
