Always have a backup! Get this if you don't have one!!!

It's always important to have an extra few batteries when you're on your shoot. There's no reason not to have one or two. These last incredibly long and is a no Brainer.

Always a good idea to have a backup battery.

I bought this as a second battery for my Godox AD200Pro, mostly for weddings. Keep in mind that Adorama simply re-labels Godox flash equipment under their own brand name, Flashpoint. They are identical and interchangeable, made by the same company. I bought from Adorama because they have the best customer service, and the lowest price on this battery.

Not sure I will need them

These batteries are pretty amazing! I have the original ones that came with my AD 200 Pro (a pair of them) and have shot an entire wedding without recharging them. I only purchased 2 spare batteries for an all day family photo shoot (10am until 6pm). 48 families scheduled. I am not sure I will need them, but I do know with one extra I'll make it.

Flash is great, batteries are inferior

The batteries are the weak point in the Flashpoint system. Of the two batteries I bought for the eVOLV and the two for the on camera flash, one each has failed. Failure after just a couple years of modest use (two out of four) is not acceptable. I bought an Underdog flash battery at least 25 years ago and a few years ago it could still hold a bit of a charge.

I do Real Estate Photography. I ordered this to have a secondary battery for my Flashpoint eVOLV 200. I was on a job yesterday. The original battery ran low and I was able to change the battery with zero downtime. So it has already paid for itself and it will time and time again. When I received it (1 day early), the packaging was more than sufficient and it was well protected. The charge lasts several jobs. I would say I would buy it again, but honestly, I may not ever need to.

The eVolv 200 system with the X1T-N and X1T-C transmitters (I have used both) are hands down THE best lights I have ever used in their class. I have shot several weddings with these and NEVER even needed to change the battery once! I have a spare battery for each of my eVolvs just in case but have only needed to swap a battery once in the middle of a shoot and that was only because I was trying to run the battery down. The 650 rated flashes are at full power. I'm usually floating 1/128 - 1/32...
