Very sturdy and works as advertised. Please be adviced, if you're going to be mounting it to drywall, you'll have to get different screws and anchors since the ones provided are for cement. However, they are pretty affordable so it wasn't a big deal (at least to me). Overall I'm very happy. I got four of them and I'm glad I did.

The anchors supplied are for concrete and even then I would not use them. You'll need your own drywall anchors or toggle bolts. The bracket itself is pretty well made and would be a four-star if they included the correct fasteners or at least tell people what they are buying.

Works great IF you have a very light weight flash/light. It's a little flimsy, but at the price point you can't expect super high quality

I actually used this to mount lights to the ceiling of my studio and it worked fantastically. It's a simple device and I've had to problems thus far.
