Purchased this to replace a 30 year old monster Gitzo tripod that can still handle large telephoto/SLR weight combos. The 5533LS does a great job at this! Very pleased with the feel of it, as it?s hard to match the precision of those old machined alloy Gitzo?s. Any differences between them, is more than offset by the savings in weight.
