So it's beautiful and it sounds great but it took a lot to tune it. My husband has been dreaming for one and I wanted to fulfill it as his love for playing music is widening but there was a ripple under the fretboard and a little screw missing. Other than those two things I was very happy with the purchase. Wish it was perfect but in life nothing is. Would definitely buy from adorama again.

I bought this for my son's birthday. He is an avid string-musician, several guitars, a banjo and other stringed things. He loved the Mandolin when he saw it and now has had a chance to study a bit and play a bit, too. He says that it is very well made, no rough spots, nice keyboard, rich sound, pick-up works well...all the stuff that makes a nice instrument.
