I bought this for my dad for father's day and it came out amazing! I just wish I got a warning for my design because the gutter in the corner didn't really show up since the lines were too thin.

I bought the JBL Flip 6 and it worked perfectly for a long time. Since November 2025, after the release of the iPhone 17 Pro, the speaker has become completely unusable: constant skipping, static, and stuttering that make listening impossible. I tried every possible fix: - Full factory reset of the Flip 6 - Forget and re-pair via Bluetooth - Firmware update through the JBL Portable app - Reset network settings on iPhone Nothing worked. The issue is widely documented on MacRumors and iFixit. The cause is a compatibility bug between the Flip 6's SBC codec and the Bluetooth N1 chip in the iPhone 17. JBL is aware of this and has chosen not to release a firmware fix. Their official response was to blame Apple and move on. The result: a ?100+ speaker sitting in a drawer for 7 months. If you are still selling this product without warning customers about the incompatibility with iPhone 17 Pro, that is a serious failure of consumer transparency. If you have no intention of fixing it, pull it from the market.

The up to 10 or 12 hours of battery life on a single charge is a GIGANTIC LIE. Even with the volume only at half of what it's designed to play at max and even on a cloudy temperate day--so even NOT on full blast and even NOT on a hot summer day--the most I get out of any of my three JBL Flip 6s is about 4 hours. That's it. Not 12, not 10, not 8, not 6, not even 5. I get about 4 hours. The only reason I've kept the JBLs is because it perfectly fits on my bike. But the battery: terrible and y'all have lied. I've had my speaker for over a year so it definitely gets the job done, but it has always had audio issues. From brand new til today it will randomly cut in and out even if I'm right next to it. I know friends with the same speaker and theirs does the same. There's also Bluetooth delays or inconsistencies when using other devices. For example if I pause the audio when it's connected to my laptop for more than 5 minutes it becomes disconnected and I have to not only reconnect it but turn the device off and on again. Good audio and bass but like I said, just come technical difficulties that doesn't seem to just be a problem for me but others as well. It gets the job done but it's disappointing when a product doesn't work right immediately after taking it out of the box.

I Bought this after hearing it while traveling. I am really impressed with the bass. It does not have an equalizer. I miss that feature.

This was my favorite travel Bluetooth speaker I ever had. Unfortunately after 1.5 years a rattling sound started and never stopped. I reached out to JBL but because it was over a year old they only offered a coupon for a discount off a new one. After searching online it seems this problem is very common. I would recommend buying something else.

Love my Flip 6! My old Flip 2 no longer held a charge after 11 years so it was time to upgrade. The sound is spectacular on the Flip 6! Bluetooth connects immediately and the speaker is quite stylish as well. I will be ordering another soon.

I personalized a speaker for my daughter as a Christmas gift. On the speaker i added a picture of her dog. In the sample the picture looked absolutely perfect, but when I received the speaker the real live picture look really faded. You cant really tell what the picture is. I am very dissatisfied and i am even embarrassed to give her the gift. I did pay a lot of money, so i am going to anyway.

No where in the lit did it say that the speakers could not be run from the computer and because you called them personalizes as they were all black we were unable to return them. Would not recommend your company to anybody.

Less than 2 years old and the Bluetooth feature has already broke and rendered this unusable. Remember when products were built to last? Call me crazy but I think a piece of electronics should last several years. Cheap manufacturing and planned failure has made it so these corrupt companies can keep extracting money from us every 1-2 years. I will never purchase from this company again when Bose is a far greater product and has a real warranty period because they actually believe in their products.
