Great little rugged and weatherproof camera and takes great photos. It is easy to use, I bought it for my wife to use on an upcoming Alaska cruise. From what we've seen so far, this will be the perfect camera to take along for those once in a lifetime pictures.

I bought this camera primarily for a trip to Iceland and figured a waterproof camera would be useful for rain/hotsprings/waterfalls where we wouldn't want to risk getting our cameras wet. It certainly served that purpose! 32G memory card i put in holds over 5000 photos at full resolution (16mp). There are higher resolution cameras out there and probably better waterproof cameras as well, but at a sub-$200 price point, this fit the bill for my purposes. Only negative so far it's that I wish the battery life was a bit better. Video especially runs the battery down and on long tourism days I found myself moderating my use at the end of the day to conserve battery and I needed to charge it every night. Still, an overall good investment for a sturdy waterproof travel camera.

Purchased the camera on a whim. None of my beloved Sony, Nikon, or Canon still or video cameras is waterproof. And sure enough, days after the Kodak arrived, we had over 30" of snow here at 1000' elevation in Western Massachusetts. Quite a storm and new opportunities to photograph in the midst of a serious weather event...while shoveling!

Very happy with the cost of this camera compared to its performance. I bought this camera a week before our honeymoon to the Caribbean and saw that the camera was around 3 years old at this point and only 16 megapixels so was not sure what to expect, but the pictures and videos came out great. The direct wifi transfer of photos and videos was super helpful too, as it didn't require using a usb cable or computer to upload to social media. I mainly purchased this to use underwater but using the scene feature also takes some great everyday photos. If I had to complain about anything it would be the LCD screen.... it looks like a screen from maybe a 7-10 year old phone so it's not very clear and you really need to upload the photos to your phone to see how they came out.

I was taking a trip to the Caribbean and was going to be at the beach/snorkeling a lot. I initially thought about getting a waterproof case for an 10+ year old camera, but I waited too long and the costs ended up being higher than this little guy, who had better MP. For the price it took really great pics that I easily transferred to my phone to clean up. The trick with the app is to go into airplane mode after connecting to it's WIFI so there is no interference. Worked like a charm.

I bought this camera for a last minute trip to the beach. It was perfect for our trip. It arrived in time, took amazing pictures, I even had it in the waves of the ocean with us!! I love the different scene settings you can choose to make your pictures even better. I would definitely recommend this to others who want a camera that takes decent pictures in the water.
